@@HingleMacCringleberry Oh dude I fucking love it. Up there in my top 3 summer fragrences. It isn't quite as "refined" as a fragrance released by a large company but I mean that as a compliment to Sex-Sea. It's so unique and performs nuclear.
Yea this is awesome content and we want more. Even tho you re mentioning lorenzo with those creators + meo fuscuini who is best among them imo, lorenzo still can not be in the same league, some of his creations are made boring and uninspireing, luckily sex sea is not one of them. I really do enjoy this one and it has all the praises from me. Keep on going bro

Ooh nice coverage of Lorenzo Pazzaglia! I've heard mostly positive things from his work, some saying it's a little synthetic. I've been looking for a fragrance that has a really bright fig accord that has strong projection, and I think I've settled between searching for Adam & Eve's dress from this brand, and Wanderlust 2023 from Omanluxury. I neeeeed to try those😂 especially since I can barely find anyone online that I trust that's worn them.
@@ethanrrs I tied Wanderlust and it’s more of a general fruity bomb, not very fig forward. As for Pazzaglia, his stuff is your typical chaotic beast more Italian stuff, it’s great!

I hate when the naming is confusing like that 😞 but they are a bit different The original has no fig accord listed but the newer one does, and I heard it be equated to mixing a whole fig tree with a whole black currant tree whereas the older one is much more black currant forward. The newer one had a limited edition green bottle as well.

On the official website they only sell the 2023 edition on full bottles, but I don't see a way to get official samples other than their huge discovery set... And every 3rd party decanter or sample site has the old version's description and note breakdown 😵💫

I recently bought a bottle of Van Py Rhum after blowing through a 5ml decant of that stuff, it became one of my favorite vanilla scents to date, it kinda dirty and earthy since it has a lot of patchouli. It has a beautiful rum accord and an overdose of vanilla, but to me it's not a sticky sweet vanilla it is more like a photorealistic vanilla bean. i have gotten a ton of compliments from coworkers and clients. it will be a staple in my fall/ winter rotation!!

Sun-gria might be another interesting fragrance. I'm curious whether you tried anything from Baruti, or Toskovat. These 2 brands look pretty niche to me.

@@shamalsubhee129 did not try that Xerjoff, I only have experience with Xerox, Carlisle and Baraonda for that list. Both the PDM are quite good actually, I like Herod more due to the spicy aspect. Baraonda is like pure whiskey with a floral drydown, very unique, you have to like booze.
Yeah, I'd say Tauer, Papillon are more well put while being not professionally trained, then there's the bortnikoff and Areej that do a different style Sultan pasha and Prin also

@@SeldomlyOften oh yeah, I live there so merit where its due tho Bianchi drowns almost every frag in orris accord, and Gualtieri in Norlimbanol/Javanol base. I think maybe Sorcinelli could be my favourite niche Italian

I wouldn't say it smells like Pacific Rock Moss at all. Both are fresh but are very very different. This has something like camphor or anise which I don't like. PRM is just a clean light aquatic and no weird stuff. Sex-Sea is a bit weird and I don't like it, but it will last a looong time. PRM will not.
@@stoyanivanov3429 they might not smell 1:1 (PRM is a lot simpler and more elegant) but I get a similar vibe from the two, the same kind of use case applies 🙂
Fully agree. That camphor let's its presence known and not in a good way. This is almost a great scent but that note kills it. I still have my empty decant that still smells strongly of sex sea which speaks to its performance but each time I sniff it I get reminded of why I almost liked it

Hi mate, Im going to be travelling South America next year and looking for a night fragrance to wear to bars etc. Im going to be wearing Tales from Zanzibar during the day and was considering picking up Sex Sea for the evenings, do you think its a good choice? If not do you have any recommendations? Thanks!
Sex Sea is a beautiful versatile frag but it doesn't really scream evening or night out at all, unless you are at the beach or something. If you want to stay in the Pazzaglia realm you can try Dream Sea which is richer and darker. If you want something more fruity go for Summer Hammer or Sun Gria.
I really like your kind of content. I haven’t explored this brand yet but I’ve heard only good things. Is there a Lorenzo Pazzaglia scent that you would recommend for a hot (tropical) summer night rather than for the daytime? Or any other fragrance? For instance, in the summer evening I like to wear LV Imagination, Nishane Hacivat X, MFK GFS, and also Bohemian Lime (both day and night). But I’m open to suggestions. Just need some change.
