I have planned moving to Romania and it just got a whole lot more attractive realizing that driving on dirt-roads and tracks in nature is legal there :) I would love to go driving in the mountains of Romania as it looks awesome. We have pretty mountains and nature in Norway where I love too. But here the government hate anything that is not driven by muscle power. In Norway driving in nature is strictly illegal and you get fined 1300 dollar and will take your vehicle if you do it again, they have also suggested changing the rules to 2 years in prison for driving at dirt-roads in nature...They also put sales-tax on anything with a engine with 30% to 400% (according to horsepower and displacement).
