How to play Herds
Step 1: Join a pixel lobby
Step 2: Accept that you are likely about to be pummeled by a better player, but that's ok. you'll learn how to fight well with time
Step 3: Get pummeled

When I joined, it was immediately after Ollie's teleport got nerfed (it used to be free, except the exploding one)... And there wasn't a lot of new players. So I just got my ass handed to me on loop by significantly more skilled players for about 6 months before I learned to block. Now I'm just at an awkward skill level where I either curb-stomp or get stomped. With no in-between.

Or, we could meet up in game too I guess- I'm in a state of perpetual rust but I at least can get a person to a point that they know what buttons do.
My experience can be summarize by this few words:
"Getting my a$$ kick by every other player"

I’m a beginner at TFH and I REALY suck at the game. After a hour of playing I get really stressed out cuz I’m a perfectionist and I think I’m just terrible in general. Your videos are fun to watch and help me unwind and feel better. They remind me to keep trying and practicing and eventually I’ll get better. Thank you.
I really liked this game up until the point where a Tianhou kept me stuck in a corner every single match.
The trick is to not get into the corner in the first place. However if you do manage to get yourself into a corner, you simply get out of the corner.

@@Snowfireblues Oh, my bad- The novelization of SW: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, by Matthew Stover. It's _really_ good. He added so much depth and beauty to the story, probably better than the actual film. And his quote, spread across the book is actually related to the story in a way while still being totally quotable outside it and it's just beautiful. That's better, right? x,D

is impossible to play this type of game without a lot of training, and this is the worst game to start to play, my first time on this type of game it was a nightmare, but it's worth it cuz they are more fun than the other game based on chain combos, so dont give up.
