Covering sports in a unique way since 2018.
If you’re looking for high quality sports content, then this is the channel for you! I’ve covered Baseball (NCAA, LLWS, MLB), Football (NCAA, NFL), Softball (NCAA), Basketball (NBA, NCAA), Hockey (NHL), and much more!
The best part of my work as a RUclipsr is being able to provide coverage of sports that may not receive as much attention as they should to the large audience I have built over the years. Many of the sports I cover aren't posted by any other RUclipsrs, which makes this channel that much more important.
One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Coaches doing what to the kids ??? 😮😮😮 what the hell yawl doing in Taiwan?
@@michaelmauro9335 XDD this might be confusing if you used google translate, but as a Taiwanese that is fluent in both languages, he meant that he wishes the coaches don't fuck up the player's arms just to win this tournament. Some of the coaches here in Taiwan often make pitchers throw way more pitches than they should just to get the win. Hopefully that clears up the confusion :D
The third & fourth inning is why they should of stuck to the 9 man hitting line up. Just makes dominate pitchers that much more dominate😊

@@joeheid2776 Japanese little league play ball like they are major leagues. It's big in Japan. These Japanese kids LL's does 10hr training technique called 'Yokuda' a ' gung ho' tactic to make those kids run faster, bend their bodies, hit the ball, pitch better ect... Once Team Japan Little Leagues made it the LLWS they will DOMINATE! like the MLB.
But they learn that they are playing baseball for fun and honor. These kids show honor more that any other baseball teams in the world.
@@jacobtennyson9213 Japan has/will always be a contender for the LLWS title. I have read about their LL training methods and the grueling schedule the kids go through. They may be the only team imo to beat CT. CT's pitching this year just looks unhittable though. And like I said in a previous comment the coach seems to not care in the early games about allowing any pitcher to pitch so many pitches as to allow them to be unusable for the next game. The only time he won't have to worry about it is the back to back games on the final weekend if they get there, which I predict they will. But yes, Japan can never be forgotten about. They are always fun to watch as they play the game with dignity and honor.

Gonna get lots of scholarship offers when he goes to college in the Fall.
I don't know if he lasts till college.. you noticed most little League pitchers dont throw sliders.. generally only curve and change up.. sliders aren't really good for those undeveloped arms.. and the way his command at his sliders showed that he throws it a lot.. you probably wont even see this guy around in high school

That kid reminds me of Danny Almonte! 😂 He was the only kid until now that was throwing 80 Mph at LLWS 🤭 After the tournament they found out he was really 16 🤪
Yep. Chinese Taipei has at least 3 high schoolers on the team this year. When is LL gonna learn and just permanently ban them from the WLL organization.
They arent even trying to be sneaky with this one. That is NOT a 12 year old. Standing on the mound he looks like a HS pitcher. I'd wager he is 14 at the youngest. The epitome of what a "Ringer" looks like.
Side note: South Korea beat this Chinese Taipei team in their regional championship, but it was discovered South Korea was using out of district players so CT got the spot. That whole region are cheats it seems.
Back when they still let 13 year olds play there were a few guys hitting 80
@@JohnSmith-ti9uq You really think with all the scandals that little league wouldn't want to triple check ? If this guy was american, I doubt these words even come out of your mouth

Anyone making jokes about the pitcher being way older than 12 should check out other team’s big guy. Wayyyyyy bigger. They should also come to Taiwan and see how competitive it is here for little leaguers and the talents here. Not even that uncommon so jokes on you boys & girls.
That defense played by Canadian was so smoooooth 😍
By the second inning, all Canada hitters should've been showing bunt on every pitch. Don't know why that wasn't in their tactics. No bunts, no shortened swings, no choking up, no slaps. Just long off the shoulder swings late on every pitch.
Slap hitting might work, but don’t recommend “small ball.” They see it all the time in TW and defend it competently. My observation is that youth hitters also tend to show bunt when they’re early; I doubt that’s going to be a problem for most kids competing against 17.
I know right they looked so demoralized like they gave up already
Cuz the canucks think they are playing hockey
This Taipei team is very good, they gonna be hard to beat!!! That #17 is gonna be the next ShoTime The Unicorn 🦄!!!

80 mph is gassss. Impressive what these kids can do already.

The Taiwan team is well trained and coached. Many of the western teams are stocked with want to be "stars". Work is what gets it done not being cool.
They do a lot of work, on their birth certificates.
100% agree
They also pick their all star teams differently than we do. In this case, Canada has does not really have great little league teams ever. The U.S. teams all have to come from very small defined geographical areas. If we could say pick an all star team from pretty much an entire state the U.S. would dominate.
Plus the good players the same age are playing pony league and travel
Taiwan and South Korea have such a high level of baseball that they should be divided into 2 Region It's not fair to them
兩隊不在一個等級,最重要的是孩子們打的開心就好
You find out the winner in the 2nd at bat of the game lol
I know. Spoiler alert in the title.
You find out the winner when you see it’s Chinese Taipei against fkn Canada. If it was hockey, you wouldn’t need to even watch the game to know who wins. Same thing here.
This guy pitches like Yu Darvish with all his mechanics and movements.
I think this pitcher is my father. Lol. I can hear that ball buzz from RUclips. That’s gas!
This team wouldn’t even be here right now because they lost the championship game to South Korea 2-1. Luckily the Taiwanese team appealed the game, and LL found out that SK was using ineligible players. So this pitching staff might have not even had the chance to play. Still believe that SK or Taiwan should get an automatic bid for the LLWS.
Agreed, they deserve an auto bid much more than Panama
What happened exactly with the SK inelegible players?
@@osvaldovy7996 They used two kids from a different LL to play in the Asia-Pacific Regionals. They had already beat these kid's team in the national tournament.
they deserve an auto-ban for using kids in high school to play and multiple other avenues of cheating... If that pitcher is 12 yrs old, then I am Donald Trump
@@jjasica88 Nope, you are making wild and false accusations. All of the kids go to the same elementary school in Taiwan. You clearly don't know what you are talking about.
Ppl question about pitcher’s age just because smoked by his fastball lol. This team TW is a”school” team from a suburban place where they train players very well. Players from this school has always been competitive. The problem of TW baseball is lacking of good college league so these kids have to play abroad after high school.
oh well, the school would never lie would they. i mean no team every cheats, its just individual players that cheat and the teams have no idea. and no itsn't not because he throws 80, its because he looks 17 at best.

Respect to that catcher being twelve catching 81
12 years old was the best 3 years of his life
They pick from all over whereas we have kids solely from Needville Tx a town of a few thousand people…not the same
Not true
Sadly not true they are one LL team just like everyone else, they draw from all over Taiwan.
Why do Americans repeat this nonsense every year. It is not true and never has been. Foreign teams are formed the same way as the American teams.
The systems are different, however, this is not an all-star team. Kids come from across Taiwan to attend particular public magnet schools (there are several dozen); these schools have small, team dorms. I saw one (middle school dorm) today that is literally 10 feet from the baseball field. That said, most or all of the kids on this CT team have played together for 3 years and would have been recruited as 3d graders. Some live at these schools almost year-round. It's more like what happens for High School, with families relocating so their kids can play for a particular team; because all public schools are funded the same way, kids are allowed to attend any school they can get to. For baseball, many (I'm routinely told more than 50%) of the kids recruited (Including #17, I believe) are indigenous. If the kids sometimes look weathered, it's because some of them come out of difficult circumstances and school baseball life is really, really hard.
Damn…pitching 80mph and a no hitter! AP might be winning the whole thing!
I hope so, but in baseball there is no sure thing. The best teams do not always win. Fingers crossed.
