In place and moving are two completely different movements so its pretty likely that ur struggling with it moving if ur only practicing stationary. Stop practicing stationary✋🏼🛑 and try a few moving when u try it to try to flick away to direction ur moving meaning pop backwards while moving ollies.

just do them over and over while moving and you'll get them eventually
