I love my ball I use it for ball wall squats and more exercises, and my bosuball is good too, and I use it like a bench too. Equalizers are amazing for pull ups knee tucked exctra , the disks are good for push ups sliding your hands wide then squeeze the hands together, in and out. The ab wheel I roll out to a wall incase I go too far, but I put my roller blade s on then I get into a plank roll my feet to my hands , that’s a killer lol thank you. If you have a bar bell you can use that as a roller too
I ABsolutely loved this video! As a personal trainer/ Pilates instructor, I REALLY love using the yoga/stability ball to work the core because it can be very easily modifiable for all levels! My clients usually feel it the next day, lol😂🔥👌🏻
get those sit-ups in mama tenny (who needs diet when you can do more crunches lol) btw you forgot the ab-shaker (the 80's idea was so bang on these days they make an electric shock one haha, the buff dood's tried it out)...
Omg I remember the a crunchers! 😂 They were like THE ab machine. I think those balls are better tho as you can use them for a few things. I didn't know about the half ball but I think it's my favourite. ❤
👊⭐How many days per week do you train? What Water intake per day? Curious what doses of Vitamins? Like Vitamin D, C, B12 doesn't give any spikes in anxiety?
Hi there! I go to Orangetheory M-F and supplement with some additional weight training at home a couple of times a week. I also have a Peloton that I like to mix in there sometimes, just for variety. 10,000 steps is my minimum daily step count (I usually get about 5k at OT) I just love being active and walking is a great stress buster for me. I drink AG1 everyday and add 3,000 u of Vit D and 1k Omega. Only adding Vit C when I think I need it. Thx for watching!
Great tips and tricks...you look amazing! So my new challenge is getting in enough protein, can you do a video with portion sizes in grams. Seems the latest info is to get at least 1 gram per pound so for me thats 127 grams a day! I intermittent fast but I'm trying to fit in the extra protein and I'm so full! You are the expert on this and VCA...lol so help your friend :)
That’s exactly what happened to me Lynda when I did my intermittent fasting video! There weren’t enough hours to fit in all the food! Good idea about the portion size visuals!! Thank you 🥰

I now have to miss my oatmeal everyday and after fasting I have a protein smoothie (my son works for one of the top sports nutrition co, we have tons of protein) that I add greek yogurt to for extra protein so that brings me to about 35 grams so I think. I need help in portion sizes of protein and I would think a lot of you audience would appreciate your guidance. Then we can talk VCA one day when you come to the States. Thanks Nancy
