nice work! try stepping forward with your jab and to get in a bit closer to the bag and throw a hook (turning your back leg southpaw/orthadox whatever you are) to put power into your punches, with your jab completely throw it out and pull it back in to guard you face. You look like a big guy, im 6'3 and 14, you look like youre able to hit wayyyyyy harder kicks than shown, try simple leg kicks and when doing your spinning back kick, remember to fully extend your leg (try some knees some elbows if you want to) im only in amateur leagues, you video was still great and i wish you best of luck
i forgot, ALWAYS open with your jab, i noticed you used your straight before your jab which you wouldnt want to do in a combo, try a simple 132 combo keep your hands up

one more thing, unless you do taekwondo never flick your kicks aways have your leg completely straight and throw it out hitting the bag with your shin
