@@stephendonnelly3921 yeah pure lefty. I'll train orthodox when I get bored. Or I'll switch stances to make space or get an angle. I like to put a lot of little stuff together so it'll flow natural. Start of square, then get bladed, get low peek a boo, shell up, drop bend at the waist, weave like Marciano and Frazer. Work on small stuff and put it all together with my age, style and reaction time

@@stephendonnelly3921 I just record the entire session and edit out thr parts where I'm walking to and from the phone. If it's under 60 seconds, RUclips will usually automatically upload it as a short. If it's a full video there's the option to trim it down and upload it as a short. I hope that answers your question

Your head movement is on point, very good. Do you have training in kung fu? Your kicks are solid and have a gung fu style to them. On a side note, I was thinking of getting that bag stand (minus the speedball bit), it sounds quite creaky. Do you recommend it?

Mate.... you're techniques and foot work is pretty god damn good. Better then mine and I've been boxing for awhile. Geet it up honestly !!!! You're strongest punch's are you're hooks and uppercuts and you have pretty smooth jabs. The two upercuts at 1:08 were really nice and a work of art.
