I'm going to be honest. Before I watched this video for the first time, I had no idea about the Iron Lung game. When you described it, I didn't think it was a horror game. I just assumed that it was some old and cool education puzzle game. I completely ignored the ocean of blood thing and just assumed it was some mysterious detail. I decided to get the Iron Lung game and I actually really enjoyed it!
If u guys r still confused, just press autopilot (green button) and it’s automatically do it for u. When it says take picture on the screen it obviously means to go to the back and take the picture. That’s how to do it.

this one is my favorite of the levels that take away every item you have, even if bought with robux Edit: imagine buying the nuke launcher only for it to be unusable in 2 of the 3 new levels (tho the last one is basically no weapons anyways)
You need to navigate around the the map to find random dots on the inside part, so then you point your arrow dirrectly in front of it and take a picture of it with a machine given in the game.
Fun fact:iron hub was based on horror game call iron lung is about water on moon but that's not a normal water it's fill with blood you investigate by using Sumbering but you thought there nothing in they there cretrured under water or under blood also at the end of the game you get jump scare by weird fish monster is the same jump scare but sherk pin so every one see my comment
