      Theres nothing abnormal about Lake effect either. It normal, and this reminds me of the snow when I was younger.

      True, but I'm old school and prefer feet and inches. Therefore 1 meter = 3 feet and 3, 3/8 inches. Yep that's a lotta snow.

      Yeah, there is. But it's not used in weather measurements. Like the guy would say there's going to be .25 meters of snow? Most people would think he's off his rocker. If it is being used in weather forecasting, point it out with a URL. I'd love to see it.

      @@kenpaduch2866 I haven't tried that one yet. Another one of Gordon's that I was learning but set aside was Carefree Highway. I told myself that once I learned Hotel California I would go back to it but for some reason I never did. I chose to learn the Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald instead. Now I just play it 2 or 3 times a day. LOL

      Like these past 3 days?! Wow! How much did you get? I'm in Cambridge, I got slapped in the face by a couple of rainy ice pellets last night when I took my dog for a walk, but that's about it. And it's windy as hell here but still dry. I can see a live stream at the moment coming from somewhere on Lake Erie, and it's full blizzard looking madness there, though.

      ​​@@JSkyGemini this is my personal account. Broken home pod is my podcast channel. But the blizzard left us with about 2 feet of snow. With drifts 3 feet deep. It was very windy here, I think it was steady 50 km winds. To add insult to injury we have to drive 1 hr (at 90 km/h) north to get to our motel while on shift. So we ended up having to drive 50-60 km /hr in often total white out conditions. Any other industry would had been shut down for safety reasons. But we are at a point in the job that we cant stop or else the area would be without sewage treatment. 2 ppl in our crew crashed. 3 including me lol. But luckily no damage to my work truck. I just hit the snow bank. Coworker totally wrote off his new truck. It was a very bad storm. And!! It just started snowing again here lol

      Yes increased precipitation is permanent now due to AMOC slowdown in the Atlantic Ocean. I follow Paul Beckwith here on YT to Learn about it. Will be a lot of rain and snow going forward in southern Ontario caused by global warming from rising greenhouse gases.

      we haven't had heat in our house for 3 days and it got very cold brrrrrr. Not fun!
