Lay actually spent $1.4 million USD on the M/V, using the biggest filming site in the world. The cinematography was amazing because he worked with the same people that worked on the movie 'Parasite'. Kasper (who also worked on Baekhyun's 'Candy') also helped make the choreography. Lay worked his butt off and spent a lot of time and money on this project and his album. Yes most epic music video of the year! My goosebumps is all over my body every time I watch it. He is promoting his idea of M-pop which means Mix- pop combining n mixing different cultures, diffrent langguages, diffrent music gernes, blending east and west music. Most importantly he is trying to let the world underwtand the culcute of China. He also wanted those misunderstand people to realise sometimes lies can be disguised as truth, people should be wise to see the real truth! I really respect him. He is working hard to achieved his dream although facing many obsticles but he still keep trying. He is such a role model for many people. All the songs in his ablums are awesome and unique. I can't really choose my favourite. Also looking forward for the 2nd part of his album.

He used the red Lotus which is sort of the opposite of white in that it symbolizes intense passion, heat and love, sensuality. It is pure yes but not exactly virginal. He shows it opening from the side then above... there is some symbolism there. Although he’s insanely pretty so...The Dragon is black and he’s the Dragon King. If you noticed when Lay first arrives at the palace, the eye opens so the Dragon has been there waiting for him. The black dragon is about nobility and strength. In the end he sees Lay and goes to greet him as an equal. Dragon in Chinese also sound like Lay. The fire coming from him is the US Lit as in that MV is Lit. In a way it’s a big FU to his critics. He’s not trying to use any props indicating purity, or enlightenment it’s more like passion, sensuality (polite interpretation 😊) sheer will and strength, nobility, it’s mine by right.. oh and did you meet my GOT Dragon?
