    I try out all other workout videos on RUclips but eventually comes back to theirs. There are many reasons but for me the biggest reason is that I know these two are doing the entire flow with no repeating videos or any other cheating but just doing it as I watch. I feel like I share the entire workout flow and share the feel of accomplishment with them when I finish. Thank you for great videos Juice and Toya!

    Lord have mercy!! I love this workout! This is day 2 of me doing your workouts; I did the 20 minute cardio yesterday and I did this with the 20 minute cardio today, with my 1 year old in the way by the way!🤣 I love this! After having a baby by c section, I definitely gotta work on my core and this is it! Thank you for making this working mom friendly!👏🏾

    I’m absolutely so grateful I found you guys. I’m a plus size beginner and I’m just not comfortable in the gym yet but I’ve been doing your strength trainings for a week now and I just started watching your nutritional videos! I feel so accomplished after doing your workouts. 💪🏽

    My boyfriend and I committed to doing 30 min of abs for 30 days with different combinations of Juice and Toya workouts. His personal fav is abs to the beat. The changes we’ve seen are amazing! We’re tempted to go for another 30 in 2 weeks. Thanks, y’all!

    OBLA Challenge, Week 4 Day 1 (late update):
    this was the perfect complement for the other half of today's session, this really pushed me to my limit! gotta say as a reflection that i wouldn't have been able to do most of the moves when i just started, i'm surprised at how well i'm holding into planks and doing situps when i could barely do crunches on week 1... that's why i'm so thankful of you guys and this challenge, i'm truly improving 💪🏼

    Lost 12 lbs in 3 months doing upper body and abs 3x a week and lower body and booty 3x a week I will add this after my upper body and abs work out as a finisher 🙌🏼

    Loved it! All I had was 15, 20 minutes today and needed a morning wake-up, here you are! I’ll add this to my rotation for sure. We can all find 15 minutes a couple,e times a week to make ourselves even better and stronger. Thanks J&T, so glad I found you! 💪🏼💃🏻❤️‍🔥✨🏋🏻‍♀️👸🌈⚡️

    Tbh, core work is not my favourite, I could hardly bring myself to do a 30-40min session, but also don't wanna neglect it entirely.
    So these shorter ones + the variety of the exercises really save me (and my core)! Thank you! :)

    Week 4 Day 1: Those iso holds are 🔥🔥. I definitely need to work on my core as I had to do some modifications for these ones.

    Week 4 Day 1 continuation, as much as I dread them, the isometric holds are sooo effective in activating the core! The lack of movement during those moments are also good practice to focus on maintaining an activated core, because sometimes I'll default to using my back.

    Week 4 Day 1 (2): This was just what I needed to end the workout. Here my favorite was the Sit Up Twist. My least favorite was the Bird Dog. I gave it all and completed the workout without modifications. MORE recovery sessions included a walk, foam roller, stretches, and yoga. Already pumped up for more ab workouts tomorrow. Let’s Finish Strong-Together!💪🏽💥💪🏽

    Week 4, Day 1 [14/11/22]; Workout completed!
    This time I totally felt my abs and was very happy when the workout was over.
    If exercise were a nightmare, mine would definitely be side planks. I know that side planks and I will never get along. Not even once during these four weeks did we get along. However, I managed to finish them and that made me proud.

    Week 4 day 1 of celebration challenge 11/14/22. I love the iso holds in this, felt good to hold that core in. The side plank last move was the most difficult for me but I did it! Loved this!

    Challenge w4/d1: I really enjoyed this! Those holds were challenging for me, especially the "bird dogs". It makes me want to come back until I can hold them without wobbling the entire time. 😁
