How did you make this so soon. Some content creators haven’t even posted reactions.
There was a seph challenge 5 days before release where if you beat him you got him. But you needed to buy the character or fighter pass
Do you realize he posted this one day after Sephiroth was available from the event which means he labbed all this out edited it and posted a video before people could post their reaction to the trailer. Frenzy’s work ethic is admirable.

his back throw is a true combo into back air too
and short hop rising nair after back throw too, night be able to extend with platforms or certain percent.
If I'm not wrong, it's only a combo at low percents, at higher percents you can just di out.
@@scallopy7546 yeah, i wouldn't recommend using it above like 40% or so, i just like it cause it's the most consistent of his three combo throws. dthrow -> fair can be tight and even though up throw -> uptilt does more damage it's easily escapable
back throw -> back air is a good middleground

Actually, Sephiroth can get a side-b AND an up tilt out of a jab lock. This puts them above you to take advantage of his amazing landing coverage, while also giving pressure with the orb.

The combos are cool but when you take DI and player action into account i feel like more than a few of them wouldnt work in a real world situation.
True I think it’s more about showing you different options on how the character can be used and after some practice I’m sure a few of these moves come in handy when u strike at the right opportunity 🤜

I play sephiroth all the time, but I find myself limited to 2-3 hits.
However, the 2-3 hits that I typically may do are no where near as precise as this!!
I probably land in the intermediate range. I'm gonna test these out.

you need to slow down man. can't learn these combos if i'm busy rewinding the video every 3 seconds cause it's progressing too fast
A lot of these aren’t true even though it seems like they are. DI away will cut a lot of this out.
Its kind of true. But if a fighter DI, you could just read their moves and land another attack on them to increase the combo. Have you ever thought about that ,mr?

I'm trying to do these and I'm immediately having issues with trying to get the landing nair into either smash attack to be true (can't even get nair into usmash to land). Any tips on that?

Depending on when side b hits its a true 0 to Death
side b (three balls) > (wait for side b) d throw > fair > (side b hits) > (fox trot up) f smash
How does he grab after hitting him? The game won’t let me do it ._.
I think the biggest issue I will have is landing Shadow Flare. The range and timing makes it too difficult to effectively combo into anything.

Im having issues dashing out fo the neutral b to grab or smash attack. What am I doing wrong?
If you are talking about fully charged neutral B, you should try stranding a little further away from the enemy. That little extra time should help. Lmk if that worked for you.

3 hairs is even more precise on sephiroth (the most popular online character rn) because it gives launch smoke off the bat and it sends him further then.pthrs with more smoke

One thing that’s sort of notable is that Sephiroth can jab lock using Shadow Flare, which can have some nice utility if you get the timing for it down
im just gonna point out the fact that back throw to back air is true and does 25 percent which is pretty good. considering that, you can do some combos in this video with back throw to back air, its much easier and alot more consistent then dthrow rar back air/ attack cancel back air
This character is so fun. I know many people say this about pretty much every new dlc, but I genuinely believe that this character will be in like high tier. I think his winged formed is a better arsene in many ways. The both have their draw backs. I love his nair and side b and both are insanely good if you ask me. I’ve said this about most of the dlc and I’ve only kept to this with joker, kinda min min, and not really but also kinda Steve, but I don’t see myself not using this guy at least semi seriously...

It's rar. It's true as long as they don't DI. With more practice you'll get it.

I do think this character is at worst top of mid tier. He has his issues definitely, but I think he will do well in the meta game. But I’m also very hesitant to say that bc of the past dlc characters

I enjoy these videos, but I gotta say the nit picky thing. Beginner and intermediate are usually the only practical combos. Going for the pro or God combos is dope, but they're so impractical that they're definitely not bread and butter.

I need to first be able to fast fall to even pull this off. If seen Isaw Smash practice tutorial, but is there any other way to get decent at smash? While also getting used to a game cube controller? I have the 2 zelda game cube controllers for smash that connect with a usb? Any tips to get better? Hand placement and all that? I'm a casual (not great) but I do wanna get better to be able to play at a tournament level sometime in the future. Any tips?
