i agree. the augusta is more of a "sports" jacket. it fits like its intended use. haha the shaka jacket got more of a streetwear fit with the sports look.
that video got removed a few years ago. the company didnt appreciate all the emails. It was a cut and sew company that dealt in samples. most people didnt wanna pay the $6k for the sample. the company asked me to take the video down because they didnt want to deal with all the "beginner" questions. they spent more time answering questions or consulting with people but when it came down to deposits and production everybody backed out. so they were wasting time and resources on people who werent paying customers.
best advice i can give you is understand what your lookin for. do you want full custom cut and sew. meaning create a sample for mass production or are you looking for blank letterman jackets that you can decorate on. theres a big different between the two. knowing exactly what your looking for will help you in your search.
Big Brandoh; let's go!!! Sick video definitely dropping knowledge, thanks for that!!! I agree the shaka jacket has a better look and fit. I was curious if you have ever made a video on dealing with the returns process and how you handle it?
hi, i dont offer any returns or exchanges on my site. everything is a final sale. i do this so i dont have to deal with any back and forth. probably not the best way to operate but its what works best for me.
@@BigBrandoh Yeah I figured as much or you probably would have had a video on the subject LOL! I asked because I had the same thought on all sales final but I came across a video that mentioned returns a how if you are a new business starting out it can help with sells bcuz customers will see you as "trustworthy". Do you feel like the all sales final approach has had a negative impact on your business?
Appreciate the gems 💎.. that tag Didnt look like a tear away.. in that case how do you remove the tag if your trying to put your brand on the jacket ..??
i dont. to me, the customer buys the garment for the design on the outside not for the little label on the inside. but thats just me. if you wanted to cut out the woven label and sew your own in. thats fine.
i probably wont be making that video anytime soon because i dont have a need to press a patch on this jacket. these jackets will be embroidered. but if you wanted to press patches on here. get yourself some teflon pillows. check the HPN link in my description box. they got'em in all different sizes. made for sleeves, big back prints, left chest prints etc... that way you can raise the pressing surface up above the seams and buttons
Ty as always, any idea on some good full color options off top of head. I know siser has their easyweed extra usually meant for nylon. I usually just get the non nylon ones wouldn’t mine trying these out
not sure. never had a need to do that. its worth hittin them up and asking them. just tell them exactly what you wanna do. all the blank companies have a contact email and phone number listed on their sites
nope. to me, the customer is buying the garment for the design on the outside, not for the little label on the inside. especially if a customer is buying an item like this, they know what site they buying from and the brand creating it. i always think its a different type of brand loyalty to buy outerwear vs. a t shirt. but thats just my opinion. you can always cut out the woven label and sew your own in if you wanted too
I use Shaka Wear for my streetwear brand...my customers love it!
same here. good blanks, good prices, good feedback. get that moneyyyy 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
The Shaka jacket has a better look and fit. Preciate it💯

Hello 👋🏿
Dope vid. Which Anorak jackets do you like?
Thanks for another solid video 👍🏾The Shaka wear jacket doesn't have a tearaway label correct? 🤔
both jackets dont have a tear away label. both have sewn in woven labels
Looking good Big Brandoh, love the info as always, liking the Shaka Wear jacket!🤙🏼
Have you tried pressing Supacolor on the Shaka Wear Jackets?
Thanks for the tips bro!
Id like to draw and sell it on shirts. What way can you point a new hopeful creative?
check out the supacolor link in the description box
Yoo BB another gem! Do you mainly sell your brand or do you print custom designs for your customers as well?
80% of my statement of work is pressing and selling my own branded stuff. 20% is contract print work. printing for others.
Hey Brandoh how do you get patches on? Can you do a demo on patches iron or stitch however you them. Would appreciate that. Respect

Do you know if you can send these companies your own wash tags?

🙏 🥷
@@BigBrandoh I just wanted my own company there to make it look more professional. Did you put anything alongside with the tags or just as it is?
nope. to me, the customer is buying the garment for the design on the outside, not for the little label on the inside. especially if a customer is buying an item like this, they know what site they buying from and the brand creating it. i always think its a different type of brand loyalty to buy outerwear vs. a t shirt. but thats just my opinion. you can always cut out the woven label and sew your own in if you wanted too
Where are they for $20?
i buy direct from the manufacturer. open a shaka wholesale account directly with them. start ordering
Satin varsity jackets are not varsity jackets, please don't kid your self and your viewers.
