- Here we see a 240th St Set in operation out of Westchester Yard, this time 1826-1830. These cars also use to be apart of Westchester Yard before they were sent to 240th.
Edit: These cars may be here to replace a set of singles that is currently out of service, due to 1934 replacing 2176 over at 240 St Yard. It’s not confirmed though at this time whether this will be temporary or permanent.
Almost like a 1 train via the 6 line!

My vote is the (6) will keep this set 1826-1830 permanently because it hasn’t been on (6) since early 2002 and also they should change the yard color into 🟨 since it was originally on the Pelham Line.

temporarily loan? What. Westchester Yard lost R62A singles #1934 only ( paired with #1938, #1942, #1924 , #1926) ex: Westchester Yard set #1934 - now paired with #2177-#2178-#2179-#2180. For now. I would not say temporarily loan

Yard 15 or 20 set. that R142A #7591 - #7610. that in 2017 only.

@@leecornwell5632 wrong. While Westchester Yard sometimes loan . just for p.m. rush hours R142/ R142A. then return to Jerome yard. around 8:30 p.m. leaving at Westchester Yard. While sometimes weekend construction. when 6 line run in 2 section in Bronx. Jerome Yard R142A/R142 on the 6 line . due to 6 line end at 149 street Grand concourse. Only line R62S can pop up and appear. that is on the 4 line. When 3 line is suspended running in Manhattan and Brooklyn. When Liviona Yard allow R62 run on the 4 line. When 3 line is suspended. . Due to weekend consturction
