I love The Fall. I have watched it so many times. And each time I watch it I find something new. I loved Gillian's character. Her softness, strength and truth - admirable. Brilliant. Thank you.
Allan Cubitt is a brilliant writer. Great psychologically revealing series this is, not just of the killer but the other lead characters. He is also a good musician - he wrote the lyrics and played the music for the character Katy.
The Fall works because it is so well written and also the 2 main leads are excellent. Gillian Anderson really steps into lead actress territory with great aplomb. Jamie Dornan is the antithesis of the charming psychopath in The Fall.
He had to take off his gloves because they were so bloodly. He pulled out the scissors from his backpack by the lake and threw them into tbe water. He should have left them behind being he was wearing gloves. That was a very bad mistake for him taking them with him. It will cost him his life.
I had never experienced such degree of grotesquely absurd feminist propaganda in a TV show before, which is quite an achievement. I feel bad for ireland. My favorite quote from the show : “Male-ness is a birth defect” :)
