The Tibetan New Year, also known as Losar Festival, is the most important festival on the Tibetan calendar. The 11th Panchen Lama, Qoigyi Gyaibo, has sent his blessing to the people of the Tibetan ethnic group around the world on the first day of the Tibetan New Year, which falls on February 10 this year.

You should use the word, Xizang 西藏 which is an official word now by the PRC govt. Xizang 西藏 means Tibet.
Historically since ancient time till now, Xizang 西藏 is an integral, inseparable & inalienable part of China 中国. And it'll remain like this forever ♾️, forever ♾️ & forever ♾️.
