Hey that paddle board is a great option. Specially for people don’t fish everyday and want to keep in shape with some paddle work out the next day after fishing. Very versatile and interesting option!! Also, the Sea Eagle seat is in my opinion one of the best out there!! No complain on the seat at all
ohh yeah, you can paddle board it with nothing on it or outfit it nice, seat is ugly though haha

I agree with Alex about the seat. I have the fish gift 16 with the three seats and I also have back problems and that seat has no support when I sit in it the back lanes too far back. I am going to have to change the seat out.

The seat looks nice. Looks stable unlike you get buzzed by a 3 decker yacht on Lake Erie. But that will be your fault being there.

@@AliexFolgueira 😆 Or salmon fishing at Lake Michigan with down riggers installed lol! Did you see the King Salmon in Michigan that Daren Wendell caught? Of course it was in a regular boat. Probably You, Chad, and Wendell is the only kayak channels I watch anymore.
I don't know how well the wheels work but I like the fact that Sea Eagle are providing an option for moving the boat around. With Yaks getting heavier I think inflatables will become a serious option for many anglers. It would be great if Sea Eagle give you a boat to review!!
since the boat is bascially weightless, any wheels should do well

You have the length, and obviously the carrying capacity, but, do you have the D rings and mounting to place a second set of side pontoons to add another cockpit for a second seat to the front area for a second fisherman? It looks like you have the real estate but is there the option? If so, it would be a perfect father son fishing platform. Plus it would have the room to carry a full weekends camping gear. I still wouldn't take it to 7 mile bridge. There are too many toothsome critters out there that would mouth the air out of that thing.

how did you power it?
With a cheap $400 Chinese air cooled outboard from Amazon. I get 12 mph with me and my wife and our stuff. What's wild is that it can run more shallow with that than I could with a trolling motor. I did just get a 3.5 Johnson that I ran across, just haven't had time to try it out.
@austinrawlins9099 I got something similar last year. Never used it once so give it away for free with my sea eagle mariner 4. Sad to let it go, but the family goes out a lot so they good use of it.
I am not sold on this one - too much stuff going on - everything is spaced too far apart - the seat might be comfortable just looks ugly LOL

Interested in how that motor performs. It's a slick package, but just worries me that when one thing goes wrong your out a battery and a motor.
having dual motor helps, it would be interesting to see how it paddles fully loaded like that
I wasn't impressed with the rear motor attachment. Whats to keep it on the spindle he just set it on. Does it float? seems you would be finding out pretty quick.
This could make a sweet river fishing and calling rig. Sans motors, I would say, since you'd have to carry batteries and what not in addition

Kayaks are getting way too "busy". This thing will take forever to get set up. What happened to a seat, a few rods, your paddle, tackle, and go. Bring backs simple...
you can do simple if you want, just get the yak, a paddle and rod and go
@@AliexFolgueira Aliex you nailed it! So many large yak haters when they already have a thousand options to "keep it simple" lol. The larger boats are still few and far between and are exactly the models that need upgrading. I was a barge hater initially but I prefer them now and can use them to camp, fish and recreationally. Yeah I can't afford that.
I love Sea Eagle products, but they sure as hell don't listen to customer feedback. :( I have the FishSup126 and love it but, I told them to make a smaller 10.5 version and get rid of the outdated "D" rings and glue on Yak Attack pad tracks all over the sup for fishing focus. Their also still using an outdated motor mount, instead of a 4-bolt mount that Newport and Torq is using for their mounts. Sorry Sea Eagle your designs are outdated. :( NO SALE! No Award-lol

Hopefully this is a prototype and they didn't start prodo on this monstrosity.
