I think DAMAC riverside was an excellent project until yesterday. Now you have Emaar 15,000 townhouse in the height country club and wellness between AED 2,500,000 and AED 5,000,000. Emaar the height country club and wellness way better quality price than Damac riverside.the height country club and wellness by Emaar without any building, way more walking area bigger masterplan better developer...
@@dubai.expert yes more expensive but better quality. In my point of view, most people in Europe will choose the height country club and wellness by Emaar over Damac riverside due to quality difference over these 2 similar projects.
@@robin-london Robin, 100% agree with u. But in Dubai we have different types buyers. Some of them prefere cheaper price and more affordable options. However DAMAC is also huge developer with experienced track record
Looks you are pasting this comment in all vids related to Riverside , not sure such will change the mind of anyone decided to go either way, by the way I am an old Emaar loyal customer , but i recently started to consider seriously DAMAC ass they provide much better value for money beside the improved day and night in the last few years , based on solid feedback from people who dealt with them …. Good luck , looks you are working for Emaar or you are an owner there and try to protect your investment
