Just out of curiosity, which Heartbeat cymbals are you using? It's hard to tell in with the filter you're using. Looks like maybe a mix of Epic and whatnot, but I love the sound. Didn't you previously use Dream?
Thanks for asking, yes I did use Dream cymbals before. Now I am rocking all Jazz line cymbals except for one Classic Medium Thin crash I have, great cymbals by Heartbeat!
@@k2drumss - Thanks for the reply! I'm using Heartbeats at church, specifically a 24 Epic ride and 20" Custom Dry crash. I'd like to swap out my cymbals at home (Zildjian and Dream) and really like the way your rig sounds. Like me, you play music outside of worship, so it's good to find a series that works in all genres. I'm feeling like Jazz 20 and 22" crashes and a 24" Jazz ride would work nicely. Not a big fan of Custom Dry at all - the decay is way too quick. It would be great to be able to hear the cymbal sounds on their website in a way that crashes are combined with a bass drum. Thanks again for the response - your videos are pretty cool. I played Zeal a few weeks ago at church and threw in the afterbeat hit-hat strokes during the chorus like you did in the video, lol!!!
@@terryreilley Yes I love the Jazz line of cymbals! They are so versatile and can be used for basically anything. Appreciate your support, Zeal is such a fun song to play! Keep rocking! 👊
Can you please do a video on how you get your snare like that it sounds so beautiful 😍
Sounding tight man!
First view, first like, and first comment!! I’m so excited
