My favorite themes on my Christmas cards are snowmen and "gingies" so this kind of patterned paper is right up my alley 😊 You're so creative, these are adorable! ❤❤❤ Oh -- my teenaged grandson likes to cook and bake, when hes not on the soccer and football fields. Yay, Penny!!!
Kristie these are just so adorable! The papers are so fun and cheery. I love your designs! Thank you so much for sharing. Your cards made me smile☺️ Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving 💖
@Kristie Marcotte, you’re my enabler! Lol. I’m just know building my die collection……I like a lot of intricate designs but they are hard to get in place and not be crooked or have too much glue. Do ya have my tips for that?
Hahaha! Sorry about the enabling. But isn't the Gingerbread Bundle adorable? 💖 When working with intricate or tiny die cut pieces, it's very helpful to use reverse tweezers and an embellishment. With glue, I like using a bottle that has an ultra fine metal tip. SBC's Artis glue or Bearly Art Glue have those options. It just takes practice not squeezing the bottle too hard so you can get a tiny dot of glue.
So cute Kristy! Love your cards! and Your color combinations! Question: do you select the sketches 1st or according to the paper you select the sketch🤔 Sometime its hard to pick one so I do it with my eyes closed and just go with it😜🤣🤣🤣 Thanks happy crafting🌹
Thank you so much! The answer to your question is yes. Lol! I do both. Have you watched my video where I talk about choosing card sketches? Here's the link ruclips.net/video/REbDcWFHu20/видео.html I kinda like the idea to closing my eyes to choose a sketch. I may try that sometime. 💖
I love your cards - going back now and watching previous years. I have a question - when cutting with a piece to be matted, which one is cut to size of sketch? The mat or the pattern paper? thanks.
Thank you so much! The measurements provided on the card sketches are for the patterned paper. I then add either 1/8" or 1/4" for the matted layers. I do modify the sketch measurements and designs sometimes.

Who do you get your shimmer card stock from?
I generally purchase a ream on Amazon. I do have a link in the description box. 😊
