Thank you for spreading love on this gem. I have awesome childhood memories from it, most notably begging my Dad for it in the first place LOL. Great video, thank you for reviving some nostalgia out of me
Agreed! Such an underrated game! We deserve a sequel or a new Aliens VS Predator game. This was the last crossover video game we ever got. 1993/1994-2010 😢 rip! The online gameplay was super addictive and a lot of fun! I thought it was cool we got DLC for this game as well.
I truly thought i was the only one who pmayed this game!!! Ot is definitely one of my favorites. And really appreciate the 3 part story pov. Ill play this every so often. Freaking amazing! Thank you!!!
Ya it was very fun and awesome! I enjoy it too! 🔥 You know what would have been dope. Being not only a face-hugger. But also once you taken a hold of host of an animal, human or predator. Imagine you can stay in the body and decide to come out whatever you want. To surprise your enemies around you. Humans however can go into an operation room and do surgery to remove the alien from your chest. Imagine there was a way to avoid and survive an alien chest-burst from ever happening? Like in the movie Prometheus or go into a pit of lava like in Alien 3 to kill the thing. If they ever do an Alien game or a Verses one. They should include those. I think it would be dope. Or be a Queen face hugger and build your own army to kill the humans and predators.
I played this game online on the Xbox 360 and it was very fun back in the day. I remember hiding on the roof of a cave as a Zenomorph and pressing the button that makes you hiss to lure in the Marine players and then killing them. The Predators would always win so I had to adapt to kill, just like the actual Aliens. I still prefer the pc game and would kill for a remaster with optional QOL improvements. I remember getting lost so many times on that game and would prefer Fallout like waypoints to show me where to go.
I love that two of the campaigns are about biologically and technologically perfected killing machines with ridiculous abilities to vertically traverse the environment and elude detection, and then there's just Private Schmuckatelli with a pulse rifle and a flashlight, and he's somehow just as powerful.
I loved this game. I had it on xbox, but the multiplayer always seemed kinda dead. Back in the day, everyone thought the Predator was OP in multiplayer, but I always thought the Marine's skill ceiling was the highest. The predator had a lower floor, and the Alien you have to not get motion sick.
Personally I find alien isolation the best adaptation to any of the games but I can’t really speak as I have not played any other game but alien isoaltion and fireteam elite.
Great video dude, hope you're doing well! I bought the 2010 game by accident recently, thinking that it was the original AvP PC game ported to consoles (I never knew a remake existed). It just felt like... I dunno how to describe it, a 2010-ized version of a PC classic, which is what it is and what it was designed to be. It just felt exceptionally mid and instantly aged, as a 2010 FPS is wont to do. The original game has been PERMANENTLY on whatever computer I've owned since it came out (along with UT99) as one of my 2000-era classics that I can't get enough of, although maybe it's just my nostalgia hard-on for that era.
There was a sequel planned before Disney announced plans to buy Fox.

I'm glad someone else is bringing light to this underrated game.
I loved this game. It's so sad how many bad reviews it got.
And that we never got the sequel.

The virus multiplayer mode was incredible. The Alien's dedicated hiss button allowed you to harass marines effectively.

Rookie was a psychopath, man on a mission, it's always the quiet ones.

To me, Aliens Vs Predator 2 2001 is still the best AVP game and my favorite Aliens game. Rather see a remaster or remake of that game.
I really liked alien vs predator 2010 it was really awesome and tons of fun.
Mate im dying to play this online on Xbox again. Literally tryna get in a lobby now fully aware that its pointless. Hope remains
I didn't even know there was a third game.
AVP2 is amazing though.
Who else is still trying to get the "I LOVE THE CORPS" achievement?
The best. But ah never got that sweet sequel. Played multiplayer for a long time before I finally put it down. When no one was on.
also AVP2's story is BETTER Than AVP 2010's story that's a fact
Can we all agree on a certain day to play avp multiplayer
This was indeed a banger

Did you record this with a cell phone?

Not bad but AVP2 (From Monolith) Is better than avp 2010. you're just missing out
Why is it always "Six"
THERE ARE OTHER NUMBERS
Can to try play the space science fiction game GALACTIC FIELD for STEAM
I thought this game was so cool
