Hey Y’all! I got my account back! All my videos are back up but my comments were deleted. Thank you to everyone that originally commented on this video and made its release so special! I’m sorry your heartfelt stories were taken down but I assure you, they meant the world to me 🖤
I found out I have cancer and not a lot of time I rodeoed full time and worked a ranch when I could I love this song and when I go it will be played at my funeral I absolutely love this song makes me cry every time.
I’m so happy that it feels like the pendulum is swinging back towards real country music. Music that tells the stories of real life and it’s struggles. Thank you for this song. It’s beautiful.
Lost my brother 6 years ago he was a Cowboy all the way loved riding bulls and rodeo life miss him dearly . If there ever was a speical song for him this would be it. Beautiful Song thanks for sharing it.
This is country music poetry of the working folk and cowboys. This is what we need.Real country that tells us bitter sweet stories of the wild and free.I am so glad I found this song.
I'm not going to lie this song just brought a tear to my eye. I used to bull ride. I had to stop cause I got hurt as well as ended up a single father. If something where to happen to me my daughter would have no one. Its funny how the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree cause my daughter is a little cowgirl herself and she wants me to start doing rodeo again. You have a beautiful voice and like the guy in above comments said we notice when music comes from the heart! Keep it up girl you got this! 💯
My dude, get into breakaway roping, that's what I do now. It's a way for me to get out and rodeo with my 2 daughters, while they barrel race, pole bend, and Texas barrels. Man it's a blast and a way to get out there with your kids, have fun, and while its not 100% safe, it's better than tangling with a bull in my opinion. When we aren't doing all of that, we do sorting competitions together as well, and it gets me a chance to get out there with my girls in the arena at the same time.
Anyone understand the cowboys rambling? And why? Most cowboys outlaws have made heart chioce that did not turn out… so we stop chase love of a women and we fall in love with mother so we become chasers.. hard to love a cowboy or a outlaw.. most have spent a life in pain so we are as broken as angels… cowboys and angels… true love.. that never leaves a outlaw cowboy…🐺♾🩸🌏⚔️🦅🪤
Thank you for this. My dear cowboy left too soon in July 2019. He didn't get to die in the saddle, he left locked in his body in a hospice with MS. He left at 803am, I was sitting holding my cowboy's hand and singing...he left just a few minutes late for breakfast with his family waiting for him on their cattle farm in the sky. Thank you, when I hear this I instantly picture my dear cowboy riding, walking tall, boots and hat walking field with his dad and I am happy. I miss him, but i know he is in the best of company and not in pain anymore. Thank you for this song, I needed it so much. His 65th birthday was a few days ago, I could almost smell his Old Spice while listening to you sing.
Old man here ,never listen to radio anymore because country ain’t country . Thanks to you tube I found you ,how great you are . And really beautiful . Look forward to seeing more of your music Very talented Beautiful voice so pleasant
Can’t stop the tears from falling every time I hear this song. Autumn you turned this heavy metal momma into a country lovin one. Thank you so much for that. I hope this song gets played on every station out there
Absolutely beautiful voice. Beautiful song with the sadness that comes with living life. Our daughter would have loved this one. She has been Home six years now.
Hey Cowboy, is an absolute masterpiece! This a beautifully written song and Autumn, you do a top shelf performance. I know this song means so much to so many.
Great song. I was lucky enough to see Lane Frost ride in the mid-late 80’s. He was everything u ever heard about him. He was as friendly as a could be, his smile could be seen a mile away and the girls absolutely went crazy over him. He made time to sign autographs and shake hands with anyone who came up to him. He was in his mid twenties and I was only a teenager but I remember it like it was yesterday.
I love this. I'm an old, washed up country singer. I love seeing new blood in the country music industry. I love the platform's that you all have on social media now. You are a wonderful singer and guitarist.
Are you the Tommy Cash I remember as a boy? I lived in Arkansas back in the 50s and 60s so I remember you and Johnny well. If you are that Tommy, I'm glad you're still with us. God bless
The man! Woo hoo. Love your music sir. Thanks. Used To The Fall is my current favorite. This woman is awesome too. Will probably be getting into her now too. Such a beautiful voice on her. Thanks ya'll 🤠🤘
If ya stick to the real country music ya will go far. Don’t ever give up . So many Country artist have been mixing pop and rap crap into music. That is a No Go . You have a beautiful voice .
I have no clue, nor will ever understand how she sung this for us, without crying. This is such a beautifully bitter sweet song. I don't think I've ever heard a song that quite hits like this. (suggestions are welcome^^) ♡♡♡ I love it!! ♡♡♡
We wrote this back late 90s and early 2000s.when I was visiting with Miss Lainey thank you so much for having our dance scene in this.. and releasing these songs like you girls always said you were especially after I lost my mom and little brother. I need these tears thanks GIRLS. I love you
Billy John grew up just west of Waco. He used to bare knuckle fight just for fun. He was wild as a Texas Tornado, and a Bull riding son of a gun. One Saturday down in Jasper, he drew a bull they called Dust Devil Rage. And that twenty two hundred pound hammer, laid Billy in his grave. - Chris LeDoux “One Less Tornado” A similar song. Well done young lady.
This is so powerful. Biggest hugs to you for your loss. Thank you for making this beautiful, incredibly moving song, and reaffirming my faith that real country music still lives on. ❤️
This song and your voice reach down into the deepest part of a persons soul, you can feel it …. Every note, word and emotion …. Thank You for sharing it with us …. this is what country music is suppose to sound like and most important feel like ! God Bless 🙏🏻
Such a wonderful song. ❤️ My boyfriend’s grandpa just passed away on Friday and this symbolizes him perfectly. Thank you for making such a beautiful piece for people to relate to 💕
My boyfriend lost his brother to an ATV accident a few days ago... he's been a wreck. His brother was as cowboy as they can get, tagging calves and moving horses and cows. I think song has been a very big helping hand in the healing process. Thank you for you healing lyrics.
I've heard many a song, from the Queen 'z of country music. But....never have I heard such a tribute to a man that a woman loved. I would hope to think ,my woman respects and loves me.......as much. As you! Love this Cowboy you sing about.
Wow Autumn! Beautiful country song! This is what it's all about thank you so much. Losing someone is hard but your song hits the heart and helps us remember.
I stumbled on this. I love to watch anything related to music…well almost. I appreciate instrumental ability, singing and song writing. I settled…..yep…..I dreamed of having a contract and playing in front of thousands. I gave up. I did well in private business but my heart was always in the chords of a guitar and a look of appreciation. WELL……..A real country singer in lyrics, looks and voice. This was so refreshing to see a young beautiful young person actually sounding more traditional. This was complete from beginning to end. Congratulations on such wonderful work. Top notch.
This song brought a tear to my eye, thinking about your story and all of the people who have lost their cowboy. Cowboys are one of a kind. My grandpa lost both his cowboy dad and his mom when he was young. I've only heard him mention his childhood once and all that he said was he grew up on a farm. It's gonna be okay and when God calls you home your cowboy will be waiting for you
I've been away from riding horses on a ranch and farming for a good minute, it feels like a part of me is left behind from farming and ranching. I miss the cowboy I was from before....beautiful song Darling, I tip my hat to you🖤
My 16 year old nephew unalived himself last week. Sad I need to write it this way to get this out there..... School bullying was what he wrote in his note. This song is on repeat, he was a proper southern boy! Thank you for this poetry, this song is helping me get through this in a way I can't explain to myself or anyone else.
Marley, at 16 they don’t know what’s important and what’s not, The little things seem to be the biggest things. Kids are cruel, maybe more now than ever. My condolences for your nephew and family. He’s got a fresh set of wings now and watching over. Keep your eyes open for little signs from him saying “hello”. 🪽
No one understands that this is a way of life for us . We didn’t ask for it, but the pain of it calls to us. To those we leave behind it’s not intentional. It’s just who we are. It’s just how God made us. We don’t intend to be this way. It’s just love for something that people don’t understand. A dying way of life in a world with fewer places for us to exist. So drive our 6 speed’s away and remember it was out of a love for something.
This song brings me so much peace knowing I can play and sing this whenever I’m missing my grandpa we both loved horses he was gonna get me one but the deal didn’t go through and he passed away this song brings us closer together thank you so much for this song ❤
I just want you to know that I love your music in this song more than ever. Now some things are just meant to be. Just dreaming of a girl like you with me....
Every time I hear this song I think of my grandson buddy that got killed last winter. 9 years old and a cowboy. Loved everything western. Rip Keenan C.
Hits hard and you got an amazing voice. It’s a young man’s game anymore but nothing like the feeling of being a cowboy when hit that 8 second ride. From a Colorado Cowboy thank you for this song.
I'm not into country music never have been I don't even know how this song popped up on my feed until I lost my cousin the other day which he was a proud cowboy this song really hit home for me

Also glad to see this pop up...beautiful song...live in Alberta Canada...lots of cowboys, rodeos , tough way to make a living but they love what they do
I have been waiting for a video for this song ever since I found it almost a month ago. 💜 You wouldn't believe the amount of times I've listened to this song and was brought to tears! I'm glad you chose to write a song and share with us one of your most painful moments of losing someone that ment so much to you. We feel your pain and we bask in it with you!! Love and prayers to you and everyone else that has lost their cowboy. 💜💜
So beautiful. You’ve really touched the hearts of so many with this and reminded us of our own cowboys we’ve lost. Thank you autumn.. I’m sorry for your loss. Seems like he was a pretty amazing guy. ❤️
I think we can all agree that this is a sad yet beautiful song, but the saddest part is his dog waiting for him. Because he/she doesn't know that he's not coming home
It's crazy how our life changes. The littlest things change in our life and it passes us by without recognition but sometimes those changes make the difference in who we are. Growing up for me I wasn't much of a country music person. I did like some songs and went to quite a few country concerts especially being military. country music artists are the only ones that do concert on military post for some reason. Anyway as I've reached my 40s I've noticed my tastes in music changing. I'm more drawn now to bands like dead south, and white Buffalo. But this song here is absolutely touching and sang beautifully. I dont understand why you don't have WAY more subscribers. But I am happy to add one more!
The song really makes me think a lot. Working with horses and bulls I've got hurt pretty bad at times. I almost lost my life more than once. I'm still working with bulls and wild horses I wouldn't want to live any other way but this song makes me think that day Will come.
🥺 At first, this song reminded me of my uncle, who passed away in October. While getting further into the song, it reminded me of both of my grandpa's who passed away.
This video just popped in my feed and I enjoyed every minute. Makes you yearn for more from life than the walls of civilization and the deep starry skies at night. Heartfelt and beautiful. Subscribed.

Dedicating this to the young Cowboy from Texas Skee Burkes who lost his life over the weekend at a Rodeo in West Texas. RIP young man.

Anyway as I've reached my 40s I've noticed my tastes in music changing. I'm more drawn now to bands like dead south, and white Buffalo. But this song here is absolutely touching and sang beautifully. I dont understand why you don't have WAY more subscribers. But I am happy to add one more!
Beautiful song! Your voice is 🔥! ❤️
The song really makes me think a lot. Working with horses and bulls I've got hurt pretty bad at times. I almost lost my life more than once. I'm still working with bulls and wild horses I wouldn't want to live any other way but this song makes me think that day Will come.
Hey Autumn…I love your interpretation of this song ….Love your voice ….Alex🇬🇷
🥺 At first, this song reminded me of my uncle, who passed away in October. While getting further into the song, it reminded me of both of my grandpa's who passed away.
Exelente canción. Me fascino saludos desde Jalisco México 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
this song makes me cry because I know how dangerous bull riding can be and it just makes me ball every time I hear it
This video just popped in my feed and I enjoyed every minute. Makes you yearn for more from life than the walls of civilization and the deep starry skies at night. Heartfelt and beautiful. Subscribed.
