Thank you for this side by side comparison. I didn't realize the original was so different. I purchased the pocket version today from our local !ndigo book store. I have had the app for a few years now, which has the same artwork as the pocket version. I was disappointed that it didn't come in a tin.I must say I prefer the colour saturation of your original deck. I agree that the pocket deck should have been made borderless like the pocket Spirit Animal deck. I find Wisdom of the Oracle pocket deck works well with my pocket version of Next World Tarot...which I did trim-off the side and bottom borders so it's even smaller now. 😊
Thank you for watching and taking the time to share your thought 💖 I am going to have to take a look at Next World Tarot. I haven’t found that WOTO works well with any of my current tarot how I would like it to, so I usually use it on its own. Actually, now you have me thinking that there are a few decks that I haven’t tried with it yet…. Maybe one of them might work 🤷🏻♀️
And yes, they set us up with the first couple of releases having tins, and now they are boxes 🫤 so it is not what I had hoped for.
Oh wow you much have the first edition? My large edition looks like the pocket. I love this oracle now on eBay 😂
Yes, I guess I got my OG copy about 8 years ago maybe a little more? I am fascinated by how oracles change with each new reprinting. 💖 I am seriously debating trimming the borders off this little pocket edition, to have an extra tiny pocket edition.

I wanted to ask! Is your original laminated card stock? The newest large version I have is on laminated card stock so I’m just curious
