Yes, that cape has a moving galaxy motif or something like that. Those are the same clothes Stolas wore in episode 7 and it's a direct continuation after their failed date at Ozzy's
The other imp with Blitz isn’t his sister. His sister was on the tightrope. The little clown imp with him is Fizzarolli, the clown imp who was introducing the show at Ozzie’s in the previous episode. The one who said Blitz’s love life was a pile of sh*t
Yay, glad you're starting season 2 and still having fun with the show! We haven't met Blitz's sister Barbie yet, but it was so weird to find out the mean clown at Loo Loo Land and Ozzie's used to be that nice little boy who played balloon animals with him. They were best friends. Kid-Blitz didn't even seem jealous of Fizz getting all the laughs. Grownup Stolas is taking "Happy Pills", from Sloth. Antidepressant medication. Yes! I love his galaxy cape. He doesn't usually wear it, though, it was fancy dress for the date-disaster.
Both Blitz's and Stolas's Fathers (Buckzo and Paimon) are both voiced by Jonathan Freeman. If you're not sure who that is, he was the voice of Jafar in the original Aladdin Disney movies.
Fun facts: Blitzo and stolas meeting as kids could be a reference to Mark Twain's The Prince and the Pauper 👑👑👑 One of the books Stolas had as a child is a reference to the Frog and Toad book series 👑👑👑 Stolas' Hellhound bodyguards may be a reference to agents Mr. Black and Mr. White from the Johnny Test franchise 👑👑👑
This is still one of my most favorite episodes ever. 😍😍😍 I believe it's important to take note of how that one day in their childhood foreshadows their adult relationship. From Stolas saying he'd never had anyone to share his books with, to Blitzø’s pirate game, to their conversation by the tree. 🫡 Ps. Special cape he wore for his date with Blitzø back in Ozzie's. The Now part of this 3-part episode is set directly after he got home and got drunk. Pps. Omg the whole season is super freaking amazing and I can’t wait for you to see it all. (Please make sure to watch the shorts in chronological order with the episodes).
Another great reaction, thank you! We learn a lot about both Blitz and Stolas in this episode and why they are the way they are. As adults, they're both very damaged individuals, but as children they were just that--kids, like any other, both with neglectful/abusive relationships with their fathers. Stolas' father doesn't even remember his name and openly admits he doesn't want to deal with his son even on his birthday. Notice that Paimon was the only one enjoying the circus--the same way as Stolas was at Loo Loo Land, totally ignorant to the fact that his daughter was not having fun. He's inherited his own father's methods of feeling like a good father to absolve his own guilt about neglecting his child. We can't say for sure if Paimon had a habit of being physically abusive, though we do see him strike Stolas when Stolas bows to Blitz. Blitz, meanwhile, has a clearly strained relationship with his own father. Cash Buckzo, Blitz's father, is seen first as the ringleader of the imp circus only for his next appearance to be him drinking straight from a booze bottle while lying in a pile of garbage. Blitz's father is an alcoholic and there's suggestions that there might be some elements of physical abuse there, too; Cash has no qualms snatching Blitzo up while he's playing and Blitzo immediately begins to express defiance with his facial expression. He only begins to look earnest and worried when Cash brings up Blitz's mother, which Cash exploits to force Blitzo into stealing from Stolas' house, and we see in that moment that Blitz loves his mother and is easily guilted into anything which might provide for her welfare. Cash is not in the least bit concerned that his son could be caught and executed. He's willing to sell his son for pocket change, and he agrees before he learns that Blitz is only being TEMPORARILY purchased. He was straight up about to sell his son into slavery. Consider that when you think about Blitz's relationship with Stolas. His father SOLD him. In Episode 2 of Season 1, there is a moment when Stolas calls Blitz to arrange that IMP guard he and his daughter. Blitz thinks he's calling for sex and makes up a reason not to do it. Stolas says, "It's for my daughter." Blitz responds, "Well, make sure she washes it." Blitz doesn't even flinch at the idea that Stolas would rent him out to have sex with his daughter because, looking at how Blitz has been passed around as an object his whole life, why would he think he would be used for any other purpose than to do something he doesn't want to do? It helps provide some perspective for why Blitz sometimes seems so oblivious to Stolas' feelings. Especially when Stolas refers to him as a plaything multiple times, why would Blitz believe he's anything else to him?
Stola's family aren't the leaders of hell, this is how the hierarchy is- 1.Lucifer (the Sin of Pride) and his Family 2.The other 6 Sins 3.The Royal families (stola's family) 4.Overlords (Sinners who have gained power and control) 5. Sinners 6.Hellborns (Imps, Succibi, etc) 7.Hellhounds (they are essentially a slave race)
Imps are actually considered lower than most hellborn species! So it now accurately goes Sinners, Hellborn, THEN Imps, then Hellhounds at the very bottom.
I haven't commented nearly as much as I should, but just wanted to tell you I've been watching all your Helluva Boss reactions and absolutely loving them!
Yes, s2 here we go!! It's superior to s1 imo. It's been mentioned by some others, but the other imp was Fizzaroli, the clown in the last episode and the one with a robot clown at Loo Loo Land. Kind of shocked me when I first saw this ep and realized how close they were as kids. Also, the way Stolas caught Stella's hand when they fought like he knew it was coming makes me think she's been physically and verbally abusing him for years :/
- No, Paimon is not the king of hell, that is Lucifer, Paimon is a King of the Ars Goetia - The other imp is not Blitzø's twin sister, is Fizzarolli, the clown who introduced the show at Ozzy's and who we can see in Blitzø's pictures on his phone
Yah, art is subjective and everyone's entitled to have their own opinion. But now that we can see all of season 2 at once and know what the story is leading up to, I think it's very strong. There's only one episode out of twelve that still makes me go 😬 and even that's a matter of taste. And the songs in the second half of the season are just 🔥.
@@marithflugelhorn7352 I appreciate you mentioning the one being a matter of taste quite a bit, actually. I hated that episode at first because of reasons you probably understand, but from a narrative perspective it's still a strongly written episode. If anything, the one BEFORE that one is the only truly "weak" episode in the season, from a writing perspective, and it's still entertaining af
As some others have pointed out paimon is the king of the rivals among the lesser demons. Kind of like a lesser lord in Scotland or Britain. Like being a lord of a territory vs the king of Scotland back in the day.
Check out all Helluva Boss reactions 😊 :

Stolas Goetia is a GOD 20:37-20:42-23:34-23:44-22:48-23:50-23:53-24:02-24:06-24:09 👑👑👑
I love his voice 22:38-22:41-22:44 🎵🎵🎵
Bryce Pinkham, voice actor Stolas actually cried during the recording of this song 😭😭
Welcome to season 2 👑👑👑
Get ready for lots of laughs, great songs and real pain 🤣😭
I'm so excited 😉😉😉
Glad you are back with another episode! This season is a wild ride, and it only keeps getting better

IKR. And she looks surprised when he stops her...which suggests he didn't, before.
Oh yes season 2 is (in my opinion) so much better than season 1,
I’m very excited to see your reactions! :)

I’ve been waiting for this one, turn it up😩
*after watching*
Great reaction✨
7:43 Fizzaroli. Sister on the picter background. Buckzo talked about Fizzaroli in the previous scene
Let's goooooo, season two is SO GOOD! You're in for a ride
Nah, everyone fell off but yea there's some good moments
@laser_yomishido Eh, differing opinions! I think it's brilliant, comparatively. That's imo

Royals not rivals
This was so tragic 😔..and both fathers were deplorable! Looks like things are going to get interesting! You give the best commentary..thank you..🤩‼
At this point I’m convinced you’re saying the silent o in Blitzø’s name on purpose 😂
But yeah a pretty intense start to season two isn’t it?
I think as much as Paimon is a corporate ass hat of a father he certainly pays attention to details.
i love u reaction!! :)
☺‼
🤩🔥
MORE HELLUVA BOSS 😡😡😡😡
I need u to watch Hazbin before reaching ep 11
You need to watch hazbin hotel
