      You should be here right now to experience it, bud. Aside from your occasional person who has been badly deluded by the lies of the Democrat propaganda arm, the entire country has the atmosphere of a festival. Sargon is right about the moral order being restored by the return of the legitimate king, and to an even deeper level than I think even he realizes. The moral order has its uttermost source in the Judeo-Christian tradition, and it is quite clear that that tradition, having been building back up inside of people for the last decade or so, is exploding out of them all across the nation, all at once. Its restoration is a response to the sickness of Leftism and its promise of an unwanted, Soviet world of gray mediocrity, concrete blocks, and third-hand boots. A reality where excellence is harshly punished, and we're all equal in our misery. That's been decisively thwarted, and the country looks sort of like this right now:

    The little, yappy dog is yappy because the bigger dog has not put them in their place. It’s begging for a pecking order. Once the big dog asserts itself, the little dog happily falls in line.

    Something the Republicans have to start thinking about NOW, is the question of succession. There won't be a third term of Trump. But they will need to find somebody who can at least run with the same idea, even though the personal gravitas will be lacking.
    What they have to do is turn Trump into even more of a symbol, make him into the centerpiece of an ideology. I'll call it trumpism for now. Maybe America First. Something like that.
    Trump might be the Speartip. But that tip needs some weight behind it for the follow through.

That leaves a gap; unfortunately, Americans always forget what they suffer under Democrats after a respite with a Republican president and go right back to voting for Dems. The chances are that we'll have at least one Democrat president before Barron is old enough.

    1:08 - 1:35 This is a contemporary British misunderstanding of the Mandate of Heaven Theory. Not "Ancient" nor "Chinese" at all!
    Mandate of Heaven was not held to be intangible, nor was it held to flow upward from the masses as you suggest. Nor was 'consent' involved in any way.
    Heaven was understood to be a real place that while metaphysical, was continuous with the physical realm. The Mandate flows from Heaven, from above to below. The Emperor is the manifestation of the Mandate and the function of his rule is to extend the order of Heaven. Should an Emperor fails in this, and he falls and power passes from one Dynasty to another, it is because Heaven itself has decreed his destruction, not because he lost some kind of 'consent' from the masses which was necessary to his rule.

      He knows if America actually opens the floodgates on military aid then his army gets ground into dust long term (they are already pulling out T-54's for front line duties) so he probably wants to grab what he can.
      He is the mouth of Sauron offering peace so long as Aragorn disarms his forces and lays open the gates.

    • @Micromation
      @Micromation Месяц назад

      In all honesty it's in Putin's best interest to end this war - it has dragged out way beyond any estimates due to the west throwing insane money in there (at the cost of their own citizens). The west tries to virtue signal while trying to drain Russia with Ukrainian blood. The result will be largely the same - Putin gets what he wanted (all conquered territory, which was the target to begin with) and ceasefire. Ukrainians lose either way while paying tremendous cost in life to make western bidding with nothing in return. TL;DR: outcome would be pretty much the same, minus the economic blow to Russia at the exchange of Ukrainian life and western taxpayer's money.
      The country that has the highest stakes in Ukrainian sovereignty is Poland and Romania - because Ukraine is to them what Poland is to the rest of the EU: a buffer zone where the combat and destruction will take place in a case of full scale conflict with the east. Putin will not fuck with Trump but their goal in ending the conflict do align. Unless Trump puts down an ultimatum like returning ALL territory to Ukraine, only then there are no peaceful resolutions. But that won't happen - he's a business man, not a zealot for the cause. Everyone involved has invested too much to give up and it's easy to see who will be the loser in this scenario - Ukraine and the EU. In general European Union is incredibly competent at handicapping ourselves with no foreign help 😂
