I wanted to go to NUH Heart Centre (near MRT / Coffee Bean) from Woodlands. Ah Peh taxi driver didn't know how to go. Ask me for postal code. I told him all zones postal codes are the same. Then we reached NUH. He first drove past A& E and then the Kopitiam taxi stand. I said not here. And then he drove me to the staff canteen. He was lost. Finally, I, an old man, had to walk all the way through the 100 metre corridor. I have heart problem and knee cap problem. Google Map does not show me how to go there by car / taxi - ends at Lower Kent Ridge Road. NUH Directory shows how to walk through corridor from Kopitiam. No guide how to go Medical Centre or Heart Centre by car or taxi. If take MRT, nobody offers me seat and have to walk a distance to change train at Buona Vista. No benches to let people take a rest because all designers and decision makers are young people. They can't empathize with old people, people with walking difficulties, people carrying babies, etc.
