Uber hasn’t changed with airports Mr. Shark in over 8 years ! If you don’t get a pick-up after you drop off you’re better going straight back rather than waiting over 3 hours for a job . That’s soul destroying . Anyway , sometimes you get a surprise . 😀. An airport pickup with almost 4x surge going back into town . There were no other free Uber drivers nearby just me I think . ££££££££
Im an uber driver as well. If the small fare trip request is airport drop off take it. It will put you give you more chances and sometimes it can makes you priority in the queue. It will normally put u in the first 5
I drive for Lyft and live near busy Newark Airport the Gateway to New York City and busy hub. I NEVER wait in uber or Lyft parking zones waiting for Air rides. Much better to gou outside into my Suburban area and would have grabbed 3 to 4 rides per hour....shorter rides but never waiting in a lot cue with hundreds of Uber and Lyft Rides!@ Airport parking for Gig Riders is a $$ Death trap!! 😢😮
I've been to the Gatwick waiting area once only and i got no signal because all the other drivers taking the signal away. It's also very depressing to sit around there. Just go to Redhill and you get jobs
Yea signal is rubbish in Gatwick.. I think the area is with bad signal coverage. Heathrow is much busier but have no issues with the signal. Hard to get to Gatwick from central London as well. I’ve only done it because of the content and to show how it is like.
@MrSharK97 Also if you're a diamond or platinum member there's a much higher chance to get a trip from the airport. I'm a platinum member and almost always got a trip straight away from the airport. ✌🏼
@@MrSharK97 i do around 80-90 trips a week start early as you get 3 points for each trip between 6-9 am weekdays. I have a Model S too but i accept X jobs too as sometimes they pay almost as much as an exec if you drive at a right time in a right place. Give me a contact if you like we can share our experiences.
It’s called “Anker wireless charger phone stand” I think it’s overpriced, already broke and had to fix it with superglue and I don’t even use the wireless charging because heats up the phone. I think there’s better options out there.
I'm probably the only driver who doesn't do airports
One more here! 🤣 I don't touch airports
I don’t do airport too, even when I drop off someone I come back to the city asap
