Wow..wow..wow.. My jaw literally dropped to the ground with this beautiful piece of artistic land we have here. Specially the surroundings, nature, waters, colors, animals, and my fav log type cabin homes which was just really homely and family friendly. Definitely worth those 65 mill the owners have asked for. It's not just the land, it's the experience of tranquility and peace at this place.

This is the most surreal and magnificent place that I have seen. When I get to Heaven one day, I want a mansion just like this, and all that goes along with it. Unimaginable how this place is maintained, considering the scale and scope of it all. I wonder how many staff they have? And think of the riches involved with making all of this happen. MAN! And the landscape is breathtaking. . .
The outdoors are perfect for long walks, yoga and meditation.
I’ve been there a few times. Everything about it is truly incredible. I can vouch that the bass fishing is excellent. I’m not a fan of “canned” hunts though.

It's more likely that a billionaire would buy this and entertain, or that a company would buy it to schmooze clients. Either way, if $65mill isn't a problem, neither are the associated costs. Put things into perspective. If you have a billion and spend $65M, egads, you only have $935million left! Good lord I'm so broke!
I pay $18,000.00 a year in Steuben county and my place looks like chicken coop compared to this place.

This is a business. They are open to paying guests. Although the workers and owners live there, too.
