It’s a beautiful property the way everything is just all laid out. Do you want to sometimes it’s such a beautiful property why would anybody want to sell it so little other cabins just awesome. I wonder how much this place is probably I would say 5 to 7 million as a rough gas may not even be anywhere remotely close to it but it’s a beautiful place!

Thanks for sharing ❤️
The land is beautiful 😍 would love to camp outside the home if I owned this farm home and look at the stars. House me a few chickens, lambs, bisons and navigate my property on horse 🐎 back...❤
Took a piece of God's country and built monument to wealth
❤❤❤❤❤
They filmed "DELIVERANCE" around this area.
Scared to ask the price
Is it for sale?
LU❤
Oh, to have the money to build that estate
Is it for sale and how much thanks
8 million
I'm glad for the person who owned it, and whoever now owns it. But...the folks originally from that area can't afford to live there anymore. The log homes have given way to double-wide trailers and cost of living skyrockets to such heights they can't live on their ancestral lands. Add hurricane Helene in, and well, its sad to see.
Why are they/did they sell it? That is the question? What happened that they no longer want it?
It’s probably haunted.
Likely want to relocate and liquidate assets - why does it matter?
how much it cost
8 million
I don't see one vegetable, cow, chicken, goat horse or even a dog. Why call it a farm? It's a very beautiful home but permaculture it's not!
Agree.
They literally said their grandkids learned to ride a horse there and that a certain section over looks the vineyard. They likely moved their animals and could only be farming grapes.
True!!
This could be timbered.
That makes it a tree farm.
Been there, done that.
it's assembly required, homie, relax.
Do you guys see much UFOs at night?
You mean other drones not from our universe
She must be one hell of a Carpenter. Funny how wealthy people take credit for what their money built.
Where did you get the money?
They own a few fast foods.
They obviously studied, then worked hard and maybe inherited some wealth, but all that set aside, it’s rude and trite to even ask that… suffice it to say they didn’t get it by being lazy, ignorant and crude… just sayin
@Padoinky Your an idiot!
If i was a billionaire there is no way i can get it ,, this is my sweet home in the sweet Georgia,, how pitiful if the miss owner will have no such in the after life ,, just be a Muslim maybe you will have better in the eternal life
OK......81 acres
👋👍🥀🍨 Sergey
All that effort why would you sell it?
Given the lack of a detailed home tour and the lack of supporting info, I assume it’s not for sale?
Given that assumption, why aren’t the supposed animals also included in the showcase?
The insidious human blight on nature.
Why are you selling it? Money running low? Maintenance too high? Kids don't want it? All very legitimate reasons for selling such a beautiful bit of Southern Appalachian charm. But sad nonetheless.
Rich people brag lololl who fucking cares about your stupid house
Obviously you must, as you’ve posted the same poor/ignorant tripe, multiple times…
