Where do you live and how much budget do you have to have to make 24k 500hp?

I'm between Vegas and Phoenix at the moment. I pieced together a quality turbo setup for maybe $4k.

What mounts u using mate

I'll be using MAP mounts for this build, also super damper and stock oil pump, hopefully reducing vibrations.
