Yes, sure. I'm open about letting people using my gameplay footage in their videos, especially when its transformative - game reviews, rant videos, music videos, commentaries, documentaries, reactions, voice over guides, fail/win compilations - these all are ok with me. The only few times I'd say no is when its a direct re-upload of my video, in full or in part. For instance splitting single video in parts without adding anything extra is not ok.
