I can't remember exact what items are available for level 7 HQ, but these items should do the trick.
5x Miniguns
Judge, Alarm Clock, Fire, Claw Arms, Globlet.
Use items that increases your overall damage and Crit Chance.

why do you use pistol as basic weapon instead of smg?

Because of the Attack Speed and Range. There's no point in using SMG because it will be out ranged by the 5 Miniguns.

Which is better in raiding minigun or plasma gun?

I personally prefer Plasma Gun bcoz I don't have to be very alert.
I just need to change my focus to Buildings and then I can just move around to avoid the enemies.

Level up your Weapons Factory to unlock Miniguns.

@@markymark535 Oh.. You can only get those weapons from the Wave Shop when in game.
Bring along Benny The Bullet as one of your companions to technically equipped with a Minigun.
