Remedies : 1st are the practical remedies which bring changes in personality which is must , increase bodily activities like walk early in the day . Weak sun gives laziness so take electrolytes and go running , do exercises within one hour of sun rise . Take vitamin D, protein rich diet . Avoid fast food , avoid too salty food . Take proper water , the necessary amount of water . Take jaggery cinnamon and honey on daily basis . Weak sun makes u shun away from responsibilities. Thus do not leave anything in between . Complete ur work at any cost , whatever u have started. Be hard working as much as possible . Try to improve relations with father . Maintain good relations with seniors, boss by being flexible . Don't blame others . Self introspection to avoid blame . Don't outsource ur work . Do ur work urself and improve ur personality .
I have sun in 7th house (deblitated) walking in early morning and facing sun is worst thing you can tell to someone with bad sun
Like if I dont face sun I began to get lucky back in lockdown days my life was good but when ever I face sun or do things in morning I began to get bad results

I liked the video and agree to every part except a remedy that you has mentioned:
We should only pore water to sun when sun is malefic in chart and in strong position.
For a sun that is Karak in chart but is in weak condition, we should avoid giving water to sun as it will make sun more weak, to empower such a Karak (good) sun we can simply join hands and pray early morning and also wear ruby and perform other remedies that you have mentioned.
Please try to re consider the point above. With an example, it’s like donating black cloths for a malefic saturn. Similarly we shouldn’t donate black cloths if saturn is favourable / Karak grah in chart. Astrology is science thus if you think deeply, you’ll find the logic behind.

Thank you, these are the remedies I was searching for. Having Sun & Moon Conjunction of Gemini in the 7th house (Birth Chart) - actually I like this constellation, even when others tell that this would not be good. I have an exalted Bahrani Mars Conjunction Venus in fifth house. I like that, too. Sometimes I am ambitious and sometimes not. It changes. But I will finish every important project - very often more intensely than a person with a seemingly strong sun, because such people very often could also be superficial and don't like hard work (if any others aspects are given). Instead they expect that others (under them, so they see it) will do it for them, so all they have to do is only to shine with their personality. And this sunny personality in my opinion isn't their own merit, it is because of their birth chart by coincidence, e.g. Sun in the 1st house in Leo. We see this this so often in public and politics.
I tried really hard to have a good relationship with my father and my boss - only karma knows, how hard I tried. Unfortunately it didn't work. And it happened every time, that my bosses tried to seduce me at a certain point, or that I couldn't get some position as promised because I rejected them. And at the end I had to fight for my rights, higher salary and a fair behavior. By the way this triggers also jealousy and suspicion from female co-workers. Experiences like these make you very driven and angry over time and you risk to get involved in authority conflicts, because you will develop a safe guard. But debilitated sun is always aware of some attack by others and can make you also highly competitive. In my opinion, a person with a debilitated sun, has the destiny to strengthen their willpower, because this is exactly what will happen. On the one hand, you have to reflect yourself and to recognize your maybe boundaries, on the other hand, once you know your goals by finding out who you are and what you want, you have to stand by your wishes and try to realize them. Never give up. It is a training. It makes you very driven and angry with the time: I am a martian individual with Mrigashira (Sun, Moon), Bahrani (Mars Venus) in my D1 and Krittika Asc. / Vishaka Moon but Swati Sun in my D9 and Magha Mars - in my D10 I have Ardra Sun and Mars in Purva Phalguni. Overall I have a 6th house emphasis in my charts with 10th, 8th and 5th.

debilitated sun in libra in 10th house. i have a lot of these issues in weird ways such as a good relationship with my father but i’m unable to see him often, bosses favor me but i tend to hate them, many health issues but they are minor. it seems the debilitation and directional strength are constantly fighting 😂

Namaste you are going thru Sade Sati period of Saturn, imo this is the "culprit " maybe not the Sun in your life.
Kindly fast on Saturdays for Sanichara until sunset and break the fast with Urad dal(black lentils with rice)
No meat eating,alcohol, smoking, or gambling are a must now along with giving some charity or donations and helping the poor/elderly/handicapped especially on Saturdays while you're fasting.(you can drink water and juice and have some fruit during the daytime on Saturdays)
Wear white and light green colors and light blue, better to avoid Black,dark colors, Grey during Sade sati just in case.
If health becomes worse especially from April 2022 onwards have a Homa done in a temple, Ayusha Homa and a Navagraha Homa will help you along with a Mritunjaya Homa.
Sade sati will end in 2025 for you so please continue to do the Saturn remedies until then🙏🕉🌻

Actually I have learnt some basics of astrology myself and can read the horoscope to some extent. But still I'm confused due to two schools of thought.
Im from Kolkata.
What I have found is that astrologers from Eastern and Southern India recommend Ruby for debilitated Sun.
But their counterparts from Northern and Western India ask not to wear a gemstone for a debilitated planet.
They say that a debilitated planet is "Marak"(malefic) and not "Karak"(benefic), and one shouldn't wear a gemstone for such a planet.
Some say Sun is debilitated in Libra till 10 degrees, but in my case it is 24 degrees.
What should I do?

Its a useless book don't take it seriously, its true that drinking, smoking and having frequent heavy diet is unhealthy and that we know scientifically also but relating these things with your destiny simply invokes superstitions and fear not true faith.
