almost all of your hemorrhage procs come from unleashed so I'd say it's doing more work than you might assume. (hemorrhage for every tick of unleashed dot)

Not really that simple, in the last report it showed 53 ticks from Unleashed, which means at least 53/138 Hemorrhaging ticks were from the set.
If it runs the full 10s (6 ticks) then you'll end up with 8 ticks of Hemorrhaging because the last tick refreshes it for another 4s (14s uptime). Most of the time, it didn't because were quick.
Regardless, let's be generous and say the 53 guaranteed ticks are 33% higher, then you have 69/138 ticks.
Tldr: Basically half the Hemo ticks were from Unleashed Terror, the other half is from Rending Slashes. The added bonus is you get to the 3x stacks of Hemo much quicker and consistently. The set was giving about 10% of his DPS everything considered. The main problem with it on Sorc is proccing it from Streak which is pretty expensive and inefficient as a damage tool unless you're trying to hit dodging or stealth players.

@@MashMalloman You have it backwards. Rending's Hemorrhaging only happens on the initial, not subsequent dot ticks. Unleashed gives Hemorrhaging every reapplication and instantly.
Ignoring additional chance, Unleashed will do 5 ticks of Unleashed + 6 of Hemorrhaging , and Rending will do 5 ticks of Rending and 2 ticks of Hemorrhaging.
On CMX, it would only be 2x Hemorrhaging for every "Rending Slashes" (no star, star is dot/2nd weapon initial hit)
Unleashed adds a ton of pressure, basically 2 DOT sets in 1.
Its not showing its full effect from this video because Seekar isn't starting fights with streak, and didn't know the Unleashed damage only hits enemies @ 8m around your location when you START streak, not end it, making it be point blank to cast to get the full effect out of it. Its a bit unwieldy to use properly as it goes against the way most stamsorcs play.

@@Cyhawkxhow does it work with topple charge?

@@Cyhawkx I feel like you didn't get my comment, you're just covering exactly what I said. 53 ticks from Unleashed means at least 53 ticks of Hemo, if you're generous about it always finishing it's full 10s for 2 additional ticks of Hemo which won't happen often because he usually killed them too fast or enemies can purge it.. then the 53 is like 20-30% higher.
I did not say Rending Slashes dot procs Hemo every time, it procs it only on the initial hit, but he's using it as a semi spammable so it happens pretty frequently which is why he always has high hemo uptimes with or without Unleashed.
All in all, it's probably about 45% from Unleashed Terror's guaranteed ticks. 25% from Rending Slashes guaranteed upfront. Then the remaining 30% from the dot on Unleashed and Rending Slashes.
For clarification, skills that have "guaranteed status" application like Rending Slashes, Elemental Reach, Blighted Blastbones, etc, can not proc the status effecr twice (if it's the same element, Vamp Spammable for example is magic damage + hemo so it can proc overcharge separetly. Sets on the other hand can proc twice. This means Unleashed Terror will proc Hemo every tick 100% of the time, but it also has a 3% chance to naturally proc it each tick the same way Rending's dot does.
This is also how Plaguebreak works. You get a guaranteed disease proc each tick, but if you had charged on your weapons, you would notice a increase in disease uptime.
I'm not saying it's a bad set, I'm just explaining how his combat metrics worked to the original message.

There's a lot of setups i want to try but I'd have to give up rallying cry or wretched, both of which are just so good right now.
    Unleashed + Dragon's Appetite.
Plaguebreak + Way of Fire + MA 2H backbar.
    Dragon's Appetite + Plaguebreak.

That is an issue, unless you want to run proc sets that DMG for you. I'm not a fan of doing that all that much so prefer stat builds and rally, wretched, balorgs or torc give the best option for that.
If I was to drop wretched in bgs especially where sustain is king id have to wear Roska.
