This is hilarious : pure genius ; great Liverpool accent...I love the line : "Then you have to skulk off and pack your goods in the corner of the Aldi ... like a rat!"
😂😂😂😂😂 My new favourite comedian...Where have I been to just discover him! 🤯🙏🤣🤣🤣🤣 Brilliant!!
The speed of the checkout operators, it's got me in fucking stitches. Can't stop laughing.
It was the same at (The) Lidl when I worked there back in the late 90s-early 00s; pressure from management backed up by league table stats of your average speed compared to the rest of the staff in their office. You could cheat the system by hitting subtotal in anticipation of any time gap to give the poor customers a chance to catch up/help them out, but the till receipt ended up a mile long as a result of all the seemingly unnecessary subtotals.
Faulty towers vibes absolutely brilliant
This guy needs to be more famous
Underwater badminton metalwork!
😂so needed to laugh. Thanks, Troy. One of new fave comics. Spot on, handsome chap.
"The Wirral"!!! Fabulous!
The middle isle. Brilliant. Not laughed like that for a while!
loving this guy
Superb comedy. Pure genius and I love his version of our accent. 👏👏
Crying he's hilarious 😂
His accent is the closest I've heard hats off to him 👏
*Best comedian and does a great Scouse accent*
How does he do it? He's from Surrey.
@@therespectedlex9794 he said he went uni in Liverpool.so got the twang right
Thank you, you wonderful human being... Brain crushingly funny in sluice level of crying with laughter. You special man.
Superb comedian! Love it 😍
So original I love it
As with many other commenters, I've just discovered this chap and I've now binge watched so many of his videos. I love the 'Greeters Guild' ones and I wasn't sure how the character would transfer over to stand-up. At first I wasn't too sure, but as the video went on it got just funnier and funnier. You're energy is brilliant and you have a great mix of styles - wordplay, accents and cringe-comedy (which I love). I really hope this recent surge in interest in your videos/channel does you well as I think your rather unique style stands out in the crowd of comedians. Good luck
Wind resistant candles 😂
Amazing set, hilarious 😆 🤣
Hillarious. Just came across this Guy wanted to buy tickets to go see him thought id check him out first. Middlesbrough here I come
Just discovered this guy from Man City, glad I did 😂
Aldi = opportunity 😂
Adding “The” is a scouser thing.
I was on holiday and a scouser couple kept referring to the infant as “The baby” never heard any member of the family call the child by a name.
I am a Scouser and never even thought of it! Yes! You are right!
Wind resistant candles was underappreciated by the audience
This is gold!! Xx
Only non-Scouse person I've seen besides Chris Barrie (Red Dwarf) that can do a convincing Scouse accent
“But how’d you do that Hol?”
Nicely done, the Hawke! I've sent the link to this video to some people now and never ever got a negative response!
Absolute class!
The great Conspiracy that is Aldi 😂😂👏👌🖒👊
Great set how he tied all that up
Just seen him tonight, so funny!
In the US we call it ALDI's, but the experience is the same.
No. It’s Aldi’s in UK too. He was telling a joke. In fact, he’s a comedian, and he was generally being humorous while being on the stage.
Bloody brilliant, mate 😂😂😂
Every aisle of Lidl doesn’t make sense
Brilliant
When I worked at a primary school in Birkenhead, a Year 2 girl told me The Aldi was where all the ald ladies shopped.
Genius
Amazing get more videos out troy
This guy is brilliant.... on at the Edinburgh Festival at the moment.... love him.
Superb

I love you Troy😂❤
He’s brilliant
Funny man, very funny man 😄
When a comedy sketch makes you think 🤔 lol

genius 👍🏻
Brilliant 😂😂😂
Lmfao 🤣
It’s like “ The weight”
Whos here because of the greeters guild?!
Needs his own fawlty towers show. It would be soooo good.

Bargain , Class Act .
Funny fella
By Jove, he’s right!
is that laugh distracting u as well ? 2:09
But I’ve never heard anyone refer to Aldi as the Aldi 🤔
just boss!!
Waitrose bags Aldi shopping
No one I know calls it “the Aldi” it’s just Aldi, must be an English thing lol
It's #ScousenotEnglish wording. Deffo the Aldi!
English? That's us isn't it darling.
@@iany8230 liverpool is english
@@jfluffydog2110 whether they like it or not.
@ManWalksDogs the point is it's peculiar to liverpool, we will say the aldi in much the same way as the Asda, as if their is only one.
The illuminaldi
Same nomad if he'd of thought different he could of used they call it the aldi and it meant all die but missing 2 letters, not in French "LE ALDI" (ALL DIE) 🤣
how poor are you if you can't afford to shop at Aldi on rare occasions that's how poor I get sometimes I get so poor that I can't even afford Goodwill
Deceptively lulling us into top-quality observational comedy before quickly soaring into the sharpest conspiracy theory satire. The dog’s bollocks de nos jours.
Try Aries spears
I like this but it isn't the same character that compliments folk outside shops
Wack
Nope
meh,not feeling him
Might of been a hit this character in the 90s when character comedy was at it height. Its out of date now and not particularly funny too like all the acts at the Hot Water Comedy club. People think that Liverpool is a hot bed of comedy talent well sadly its not. And these people also think that all people from Liverpool haves a great sense of Humour which is sadly not true.
Had a mare here didn't ya?
