    This 70 year old lady used to wash dishes and make sandwiches there when I was a kid. My daddy use to help them sometimes on the weekends. A Very Big Texas Thank You Shane for doing your show there.

    Oh Yeah! Good ol' Texas Q. Nothin fancy on the meat. Let the wood and drippings make the flavor. That's how this Colorado boy gets the brisket done at home.
