Wow, for the beginning I was thinking, 'hurry up and get on to the playing, enough with the introduction.' But then I realized that the song playing in the background WAS the demo. I thought it was a real professional song playing for the intro. Amazing.
nice job with getting the tone out of that bugera. i myself am more of a peavey guy and i never could get the right metal sound out of the bugera, but you seemed to pull it off really well. Rock on
Hey, i just got this amp about 3 weeks ago, and the sound is fizzy compared to yours even on the same settings. The volume was on 1 1/2 and it still sounded the same.
@DerJust661 i heard a sample of the clean channel here on youtube . it was pretty cool. the only thing i miss is a switch for clean/crunch. i really like the crunch channel of the 6260 - even more that the distorted one.
this sounds awesome, thinking about getting this thing, best amp I've had the pleasure of playing. But then again I've never got the chance to play a Mesa or an ENGL.
@DerJust661 no, the decimator is a noise gate, the best one you can get from what ive seen. i also have a sonic maximizer, pedal version, and it does seem to clear things up a bit.
@DerJust661 It's just that "exactly" signifies that the mic sounds "just as" the SM 57, while similar means that it reflects SOME personality of the 57. Just a wierd combination of words, that's all ;) BTW, might just buy some of these. Would you say they're good for drums (toms/snare)?
Nice song, like it! I'm searching and saving for a new rigg also. I know i'm going with a crate cab and I am comparing the 6260/6262 vs Valveking vk100..
@BulletProofCupid7 wondered : bugera 333XL or triple XXX peavey ? because ... honestly , i like what i hear from the bugeras so far . Plus , it's behringer , they're the king of cheap-but-totally-decent stuff . Had a mixer for 5 years now from them , it took so much abuse ... and still , it works . Makes me think behringer makes actual good stuff . It ain't vampire behringer stuff , it's tube amp ... and i think it's worth a try .
@DerJust661 That's cool i wish the biggest :),and will be looking up for it.Another thing - Can you tell from where can i get your album or ep online? The only thing i find is your myspace profile and it says i can't buy or download the songs. That's sad 'cause i wanted to hear more of your songs.
dude... all i have to say is YES!! this was awesome, it's good to know what the Bugera can do... not to mention it reminds me of that panther from Jungle Book, so when i think Bugera i think great sound, and PANTHER!! hahaha, anyways you got my subscription so i know when you put up new stuff. PEACE!
hey man .. great tone you go...t ive got a question tho... can it do trivium style tones .... they use 6505+'s i just love that tone but cant afford the 6505's thanks man ...
the 1990 sound like half of this amp...the 333xl and the regular 333 is really good too. i'm getting this amp soon...so good...incredible for the money
cool, gefällt mir.. deine band auch! kanns sein, dass das t bone mikrofon recht gut ist? klingt nämlich echt sauber und hab auch schon bei nem anderen video gelesen, es soll gut sein (es hieß sogar besser als das sm57)
@DerJust661 ok thank you =) I've seen many times that this amp sounds good...but is it good quality? Did you have any problems with it ? PS: EZ drummer cost 95Euro and EZ drummer Lite 39E... what is the difference between the two??=) cheers from France =) =)
I'm thinking about buying one... but I'm more into rock and progressive stuff... does the bugera have a good clean channel? I love the peavey's distortion but it doesn't have a clean...
oh no i meant -(minus) the vocals, meaning just lacking vocals but so far I was likin it ;)) (Course I can't mix anything half this good on account of I'm stuck without a amp. I've got everything else except for the amp! lol, lately though been getting into amp sims and they seem to be fixin me up for something good, but at least they'll hold me over till i get a new tube But yeah I was curious if the mix was jsut a guitar/drum mix , I'm debating on getting the amp, and this rec caught me ;)))
Well I just got back from Guitar Center and tried a 6505+ with your exact settings, and it was fizzy as hell, no matter what setting it was on. Do you think it was the pickups, speakers, tubes? Maybe the mic filtered some fizz out? Either way, I was disapointed, but evrey clip I've ever heard of it, it sounded amazing. I am stumped
Hey man, ive played this thing, its great. I will get it within the next few months. As the guy below me has said, you have sold this amp. Great playing aswell, would you recomend the bugera cab with it?
Out of curioisty, since I wanna get into recording my 6262 w/ EL34s instead of 6L6s, what else would I need besides my laptop and the Shure SM57? Like an audio interface to plug into and the correct software for my computer?
Is there any post EQing done? Any VST plugins you used to get this sound? I'm recording direct with my Line 6 Vetta and can't get as good quality as this. I played a 6262 for the first time the other day...
what is your tuning? and also what are the string gauge sizes.... like for each string not just the high e... cause i play in drop A tuning and i have a set of 14-68 and its just right... not too tight or flimsy and just enough to do some sick harmonics on....
@DerJust661 O! Really?I'm very sorry to hear that..It's a pretty good band you've had there and it's a shame to abandon such nice tracks. It's not every day you hear riffs like these.
wich is better for hard rock and metal? what do you think between this 2 options: peavey valveking100 or bugera333xl?? please help me. I'm searching for a sound range between AC/DC (live), W.A.S.P and megadeth. I like bright in the distortion. thanks
@Alphalidel i didnt record that video ;) would take the 333xl, because it has a noisegate, 3 REAL channels and the clean channel is clean! (the 6260s clean channel sucks in my opinion)
On a pro floyd rose, are the strings supposed to feel really flimsy? I'm using 12's....5 springs at enough tension to keep bridge level.....bridge is even..... i don't know why the strings are flimsy. can anyone help???
This an amazing song dude. You sound like you have some decent recording equipment so you should start recording vocals with this stuff. Really catchy.
@DerJust661 excellent, I was looking for your album too, the cover art is sick as was the songs that is one criticism I hear often about Bugera and others is that they have problems or electrical issues always. I think it is subjective- many people just fuckin thrash their equipment around so its gonna have breaks, duh. Taking care of equipment= longevity
nice :D maybe i buy one.. if i can get somewhere, cause i live in finland :) and thomann havent anymore those??? or i just buy engl fireball.........i dont know
How did you get such quality? What are your settings on this?!?! I have an SM57 and protools and I'm getting this, the 333XL or the Peavey JSX as a step up from my current shitty amp of 2 years
Thanks! Are you syaing you took one track and just made a duplicate, or you recorded twice on a seperate speaker? Thats not fizzy at all, and thats with gain at 10?!?!? What volume were you at?
was there by any chance tracks of bass recorded or is this all straight from the guitars? though it more or less sounds close to a finished recording -the vocals?
yeah dude my dream amp is the old 5150 but those are like impossible to find for under a grand and i dont much care for the 6505, it lacks the balls the 5150 had but this amp seems like it would be perfect... ill probably get one in the next couple weeks so expect a video =D
this is sick dude, for real fuckin awesome song. im not much for deathmetal vocals so i will probably loike this version better then the one with vocals but still fuck im downloading this lol
thats nice im have a rgr 320ex in the silver frost and im updating it with a new edge pro and guitarfetish pick ups the high gain one's the crunchy rail's and i am probably going to get a 6262 and a basson cab and i use a digitech rp500 which when i get the amp will be used in bypass mode. and when i get the money ill get a line 6 ux8 for recording and a audix i5(better sm57 copy its allot cleaner soudn then the sm) and that will be my rig what u think
Rock on
wow the crunch sounds really clean
sounds very similar to my Bugera Trirec in some aspects.. very nice
Dude... excellent recording job!!
youve officially sold me on this amp man
That was... Amazing!
Awesome riff! :P
Hey, i just got this amp about 3 weeks ago, and the sound is fizzy compared to yours even on the same settings. The volume was on 1 1/2 and it still sounded the same.

Love it. It's very... Lamb of God styled.
@DerJust661 the BBE sonic maximiser is essential! it improves tone and crunch by 40-50%
@mikevmpr3 never leave home without it, its like adding an extra presence and resonance knob
EQ settings on the bugera, please? KILLER SOUND!
the 1990 sound like half of this amp...the 333xl and the regular 333 is really good too.
i'm getting this amp soon...so good...incredible for the money
Bugera is gonna make a killing,All this tube tone for less then $600.Amazing!!!
That is some bloody decent tone mate, very cool riff too, i say its like slipknot/dry kill logic.
great jorb...
cool, gefällt mir.. deine band auch! kanns sein, dass das t bone mikrofon recht gut ist? klingt nämlich echt sauber und hab auch schon bei nem anderen video gelesen, es soll gut sein (es hieß sogar besser als das sm57)
@DerJust661 yeah man, the version with the Laney cab and v30's is awesome
I really dig In The Fall too
just added your band on myspace... im looking forward to you cd in a few days.
.....i dont usually use the term "brutal" alot....but..
that was BRUTAL
@DerJust661
ok thank you =) I've seen many times that this amp sounds good...but is it good quality? Did you have any problems with it ?
PS: EZ drummer cost 95Euro and EZ drummer Lite 39E... what is the difference between the two??=) cheers from France =) =)
thats sooo great :D
which audiointerface/or what ever you used to record it?
Ez drummer or where did you get the drums from?
thaaaaaaanks
I'm thinking about buying one... but I'm more into rock and progressive stuff... does the bugera have a good clean channel? I love the peavey's distortion but it doesn't have a clean...

But yeah I was curious if the mix was jsut a guitar/drum mix , I'm debating on getting the amp, and this rec caught me ;)))
@DerJust661 Does this amp make the classic super gain california sounds, like a rectifier? Or is it more of a poor mns peavey?
finally, someone showin us what this amp can REALLY do >:)
@GroovyGuitar02 it depends on you. You just have to go to music store and try those amps. They are actually completely different.
can't wit till they bring out the tri rec!!
Well I just got back from Guitar Center and tried a 6505+ with your exact settings, and it was fizzy as hell, no matter what setting it was on. Do you think it was the pickups, speakers, tubes? freakin' amazing tone mate! i own a bugera 6260 myself and its been nothing short of amazing! how long have you had yours and how's it holding up?
Is there any post EQing done? Any VST plugins you used to get this sound? I'm recording direct with my Line 6 Vetta and can't get as good quality as this.
I played a 6262 for the first time the other day...
very good mate... sounds pro ... how much for addicting drums.?
this video is making me buy a 6262 TOMORROW \m/ !!!!!!
Hey I heard those things come with a clean channel :P
what is your tuning? and also what are the string gauge sizes.... like for each string not just the high e... cause i play in drop A tuning and i have a set of 14-68 and its just right... not too tight or flimsy and just enough to do some sick harmonics on....

@DerJust661
hey. how does this head deal with pedals? because i ordered it, and i have a ton of pedals..so i dont want them to go to waste.
Awesome! 5* & it goes to my fav.
Sounds great! Chunky, heavy and distorted as hell ! :D .
How is the amp for classic rock like AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Pink floyd?
@DerJust661 have you tried the bugera 333xl? i wonder what this brutal song would sound like with that. lol :D
So do you like the behringer cab better than the bugera cab?. I'm debating which one to get and that behringer sounds really good to me.
nice tone!
what is your setting for this sound?
i have a shitty marshall 50W Dfx and a vow tonelab SE and i would want to have a sound like your :P
Fucking brutal man.. sounds great.. im buying the combo version.. you should try it with the matching Bugera cabinet..
hey man thats almost my gear!
i have the 6260 - same cab and also a shure clone ;) - funny stuff
wich is better for hard rock and metal?
what do you think between this 2 options: peavey valveking100 or bugera333xl??
please help me. I'm searching for a sound range between AC/DC (live), W.A.S.P and megadeth. I like bright in the distortion.
thanks
dont spose i could chav some settings of yah. my death metal bands recording soon and i love this rythm sound.
Sounds pretty good! By the way what tuning are you using? Cause most videos I've seen are in B most of the time.
btw, is the amp road worthy? its well within my budget and it sounds so GOOOOOD
@DerJust661 hey are the speakers in that cab the same as the ones in the actual bugera cab?? cheers
Hey man im looking to start up a recording set up and was just curious as to what type of interface you were using between your mic and computer?
@Alphalidel
i didnt record that video ;)
would take the 333xl, because it has a noisegate, 3 REAL channels and the clean channel is clean! (the 6260s clean channel sucks in my opinion)
On a pro floyd rose, are the strings supposed to feel really flimsy? I'm using 12's....5 springs at enough tension to keep bridge level.....bridge is even..... i don't know why the strings are flimsy. can anyone help???
would you recomend the 6262 for people looking into metal but also goes into rock?
And sometimes the odd funk >.>
thanks man.. I think I'll buy it
This an amazing song dude. You sound like you have some decent recording equipment so you should start recording vocals with this stuff. Really catchy.
@DerJust661 excellent, I was looking for your album too, the cover art is sick as was the songs

Thumbs UP
nice tone!
@DerJust661
ha, dann seh mer uns ja dort :D
Achja, deine Band is richtig geil! spielt mal in der Nähe von Stuttgart!
cool - i got the 6260 and the same cab as you :)
How did you get such quality? What are your settings on this?!?! I have an SM57 and protools and I'm getting this, the 333XL or the Peavey JSX as a step up from my current shitty amp of 2 years
THIS SO FREAKIN AWSOME! SOLD!!!!!!!
Will your CD be available to the US on your scheduled release date?
that was badass!
whats the difference between the 6260 and the 6262
Thanks! Are you syaing you took one track and just made a duplicate, or you recorded twice on a seperate speaker?
Thats not fizzy at all, and thats with gain at 10?!?!? What volume were you at?
@pmgallant Bugera 6262 IS a tube amp...
killer song sounds great !! \m/
very nice man.5 stars
was there by any chance tracks of bass recorded or is this all straight from the guitars? though it more or less sounds close to a finished recording -the vocals?

song sounds badass
@vaporxify the lite is something like a demo :) not the real program!
Asking cause I'm considering this amp cause it seems to be inexpensive more that cheap from what I've been hearing.
Hows the reliability?
yo i got a question.
is this amp good for a bruta djent 8 string guitar player?
thanks :)
this is sick dude, for real fuckin awesome song. im not much for deathmetal vocals so i will probably loike this version better then the one with vocals but still fuck im downloading this lol
Hm... Once again, not bad!
But how is it at low volume?
And how low is it posible getting it? xD
do you have any pedals with your setup? cause im really interested in buying that amp.
Im poor, ahahaa. And the only cab I got is a Marshall Mg412. Would this amp head work for this cab?
I don't really like that sort of metal but the all song sounds great ! nice work ;)
I don't wanna sound like a suck up, but that was honestly the most brutal song I have ever heard. are you just running guitar > cab?
sounds pretty good :D its amp still alive???
Adding to favorites just so i can hear the song haha.
@DerJust661 thanks for your answer! i will follow your advice.
oh and btw. im in love with the riff at 0:42 :D!
thats nice im have a rgr 320ex in the silver frost and im updating it with a new edge pro and guitarfetish pick ups the high gain one's the crunchy rail's and i am probably going to get a 6262 and a basson cab and i use a digitech rp500 which when i get the amp will be used in bypass mode. and when i get the money ill get a line 6 ux8 for recording and a audix i5(better sm57 copy its allot cleaner soudn then the sm) and that will be my rig what u think
