The 2016 CIF-Southern Section D3 Prelims Track and Field meet was held on a windy May 14 at Estancia High School. In the running events, 9 athletes (or relay teams) advance to CIF-SS Finals. This video presents all 5 heats of the Boys 4 x 100M Relay.

DippnDonuts they're still in high school they're not pros or even juniors who compete internationally so don't blame them coz very few t&f HS athletes in the US don't have proper form they mostly work on them in college

Form is the first thing a coach is supposed to work on. What good is strength and power if the athlete doesn't know how to use it? Even back in middle school when I first started track, our coach criticized our form like Gordon Ramsy criticizes dishes.
