for the oven i would recommend Oven Spray, it will clean absolutely everything. It has a very strong smell, so i always spray the entire oven and close it and leave it for maybe 10 minutes and then give it a good clean. But it is really good product, also perfect for bbq cleaning.

I’m with Kyle I would rather load the dirty dishes than unload clean ones. I started cleaning out my sink after every use and I’m loving it. It really does give some necessary motivation and it is very motivating. Also tried grove out for the first time and I’m loving the products that I purchased!

Omg!! Thanks for that tip on the couches. Mine looks so BAD& I had no idea what to do. Even scrubbing them with a spot scrubber won’t do anything. My kids will actually come in from the pool and SIT on it with their wet bathing suit on in the summer. And so many times water has been spilled onto them. I try and get them to put s folded towel under them if they’re wearing swim suits but a lot of times they forget.
I'm the same way -- I dislike putting away the dishes for some reason (even though it's faster than loading), so it's one of the chores for my kids (that and cleaning the cat boxes :D )
I usually load and unload the dishwasher...I don't mind either. We have fake and real flowers, just depends when/if I can get to the shop to buy fresh ones. I would say stain your chairs and put pretty cushion pads on them....paint will knock off in your busy household. Love your cleaning videos and going to try out your window cleaner idea on sofa, thanks for the tip.

it’s weird because I’m the eldest child, I’m 18 and I have three younger sisters, one who is 14, one who is 8 and another who is almost 6 months old. I take care of the house as well as my mum, she is a single parent so I have to help her around the house. I always watch these videos when I have no motivation and they always help me gain motivation. Most of the time I’m at home babysitting my sisters whilst my mum does her own thing as well as go to work so I have to do the entire house. I do laundry, I clean the whole of downstairs and upstairs, you name it. Your videos make me want to clean and help my family, so thank you 💛
I actually don’t mind doing both! I like loading and unloading, I’m a weirdo! 😂 I like videos like this and specific routines like morning, night, weekends, laundry etc. As for your bar chairs, have you thought about sanding/repainting but distressing them when you repaint? That way if anything happens to them it looks like it’s supposed to be like that....just an idea and I would do a distressed white. I love that you went with the white TV console it just looks so good and bright in there! Thanks for this video, it was just that little push that I needed to get going today!

I think my husband likes to load more than put away dishes...as it seems there is always a stack left out on the counter that I have to put away still. I think I really like loading the dish washer, as it's a puzzle to me to fit as much in as possible and still get a good clean. Happy late Mother's Day! I hope all your boys spoiled you ❤

Deep down you know you want to paint them. I think you should go with white it will feel cleaner and pop well against your counter top. It will feel like new and fresh. What ever you decide it still will look great. Can’t wait for your summer decor. I love fresh flowers in the house. My husbands was given a 60$ orchid plant for free at work and it’s so beautiful. My favorite is white daisies. i love my e-cloths I can’t wait to get more
I had the same problem with my ovens. I have a double oven, the top is self clean the bottom is not. This might not be good for the environment but it worked. I put some straight ammonia in a bowl and put it in a cold oven and let it sit 24 hours. The fumes soak into the burnt on food and grease so it just wipes away. I don't do this often but it's a great starting point to maintain it myself as it gets dirty. Good luck.
Equal parts Dawn dish soap & baking soda mixture. Apply to tough spots. Let sit for 12 hrs. Then wipe away. it should help clear those spots. Great video! I'm still addicted to your channel. I think I have watched two whole playlists from you!
I love how you used the window cleaner. I had the same problem and I meant to use rubbing alcohol, but I never got around to it. So easy to use something I already have.
I like to do both load & unload the dishwasher! We've been in our home for 14 years, so we need to replace our dishwasher, but when it was working I loved to do both!!!
I don't have a dishwasher at this time & I prefer not having one. I love washing the dishes, hate drying. Since there are only 2 of us & I do dishes immediately, no matter if there's even 2 plates & 2 glasses & some flatware. I usually let my dishes drip dry for a while. Love fresh flowers but our flowers seem to be very expensive in grocery store. Mary
With the chairs: I painted mine white and I have a welder hubby, a cat and a 4 year old girl who is just as messy as a boy lol. Painting is easier than staining... you can just rough up the wood with painting before you paint, but with a re-stain you have to sand those suckers down to perfection to restain nicely. Paint them, and if you dont love it just sand them down and put the effort into staining!!
Not sure if I’ve ever commented before or not. I may have, I’m usually just shy and don’t say anything, but for some reason I felt compelled to comment on this video. One, I absolutely love watching your videos, your so inspiring and sweet! I also love your home, it’s my dream home! Two, I’ve been going through the same with my kitchen chairs. My table and chairs are the same set my Grandma had, she left them to me in her will because I always told her I had my best times with her at her kitchen table. The set was built in 1992, so it needs redone like no ones business lol! I did redo them once and want to do so again, but I still have a very hyperactive six year old, and even my teens (16 year old boy, 18 year old girl) are still tough on them. So I think, personally, I’m just going to get seat covers for now, at least till my youngest is a lot older and has calmed down quite a bit. Don’t know if that helps you, but I honestly just can’t tell where my chairs were done before and I felt like I wasted my time doing them lol! Third, I hate unloading the dishwasher, but love loading it. I think the reason for me is because I Love Tetris and puzzles and getting things organized just so. I’m also a bit of a control freak when it comes to cleaning. When it comes to putting them away, everyone knows where everything goes. Fourth, I make a weekly chore chart for my three kiddos, yup, even my 18 year old is still included but they all get special gifts and prizes for helping out, with one major prize for the one who gets the most points. They love to compete and are always shockingly jovial about it, so I never worry about fussing. Btw, thank you so much for the glass cleaner hack on the couch. Mine is the old fashioned fabric and I was worried it wouldn’t work since you said yours is microfiber but I thought, “Oh Heck, it can’t look any worse!” It doesn’t, it looks so much better!!! So thanks a million for that!! That hack also works for jeans, my daughter was getting ready for a date and went to put on her jeans and realized she still had a bit of a dirt stain from playing with her little brother at the park. I told her to try the mirror cleaner (we use the same brand btw, only my scent is different, I love Method!) and she let it sit for a few minutes and then scrubbed with a damp cloth. We laid it out in front of the fan for a bit to dry and viola! They looked amazing! I’ve also started putting a few drops of essential oil in my sink and I got so many remarks from my husband and kids about why. Then they’d go to the sink later and it would smell so good. They’ve told friends about it too! I told them to credit you tho, it’s a great tip!! Do you watch anyone else’s cleaning videos? There’s one lady I think you’d like, she has come up with a phrase I love and think you would too because you’ve said something like it before. While she vacuums she says, “Vacuum lines on fleek!” It makes me think of you and your on fleek vacuum lines too lol! Her name is Katie Sottile, she’s really funny and very nice. My husband and I are always in awe of the beauty there in Utah that you’ve shown in your videos. I’ve never been but want to go one day. We love to travel. Hubby said he’s been there and it’s just so beautiful! He got to go to Salt Lake City for a school trip once, he said the mountains are breathtaking! I hate moving, but love to travel, tho I hate packing. While you were packing in your last video I was having a panic attack for you lol!! I literally will make a list a week in advance of all I need to take and add to said list if need be and then check it off as I pack it. I make a second copy to pack in the suitcase so that I don’t forget anything wherever it is we’re going lol! Wow, so I think I wrote you a short story, so much for me being shy but I think everything I wanted to say got pent up and just flew out of my thumb tips lol!! Have a great visit with your family! paint the chairs! lol Microfiber couches....I always used a bowl of dish or laundry detergent mixed with warm water and a sponge/brush and the stains usually came right up. Never thought to try glass cleaner.

For your oven racks, and even the grates on top of your stove- wait for a sunny day and put them in a garbage bag with maybe a cup of ammonia and twist the end tightly closed. Set them outside in the sun on your sidewalk for a few hours and I swear all that baked on gunk comes right off! You don’t have to have them submerged- I think the fumes are what really does the trick. It’s super stinky and you don’t want to breathe any of the fumes but it works great for a single time to really deep clean them.
I like the music choice ❣️ on your videos... we are buying a house and have gotten some cleaning ideas 🧺🧹🚽🧽🛁with your videos.. since it will be a bigger house to the one we have now is so easy to clean with 1 bathroom & 2 rooms.. Thanx But the way I’m buying my e-clothes woot!! Woot!! 💃🏻

This might have already been covered in a previous video, but I would love to see how you store your kids outdoor toys/gear (garage?) as well as art supplies/summer activities.
I would paint the chairs, but I would use a chalk or milk paint, no sanding required. My breakfast table was the same dark wood and i used General Finishes milk paint, its held up to heavy use very well!.... and it was my first time painting furniture. I also used General finishes top coat. The best part is not having to sand!
I would paint the chairs white, the reason is I just got new white chairs for my island and they look beautiful on my kitchen 😉 my granite looks almost like yours.

We have to do artificial since all 4 of us in the house have really bad allergies. But, it is nice to buy a few cheap bunches and switch them out through out the season. Helps with cabin fever and winter blues.
In my apartment I clean the dishes and use the dishwasher as a dry rack and sometimes run the dishwasher to sanitize the dishes even after washing them by hand. I usually clean the sinks before I wash the dishes. An then I rinse out the sinks at the end.
My mouth dropped when I saw the view out your kitchen window! Sooo beautiful!!! I'll take unloading the dishwasher any day - besides if it's left to the rest of my family Lord only knows where things will end up :D

Load dirty because it doesnt involve having to rearrange what's already in the cabinet.
I love organizing the pantry and setting up inventory so that way be totally organized. Sorting out pots and pans so they be organized

I love having plants. So in spring and summer when my roses are in bloom, i keep a bouquet inside the house. I also have a few orchid plants.

Deep down you know you want to paint them. I think you should go with white it will feel cleaner and pop well against your counter top. It will feel like new and fresh. What ever you decide it still will look great. Can’t wait for your summer decor.
I love fresh flowers in the house. My husbands was given a 60$ orchid plant for free at work and it’s so beautiful. My favorite is white daisies. i love my e-cloths I can’t wait to get more

I had the same problem with my ovens. I have a double oven, the top is self clean the bottom is not. This might not be good for the environment but it worked. I put some straight ammonia in a bowl and put it in a cold oven and let it sit 24 hours. The fumes soak into the burnt on food and grease so it just wipes away. I don't do this often but it's a great starting point to maintain it myself as it gets dirty. Good luck.

Equal parts Dawn dish soap & baking soda mixture. Apply to tough spots. Let sit for 12 hrs. Then wipe away. it should help clear those spots. Great video! I'm still addicted to your channel. I think I have watched two whole playlists from you!

I like to do both load & unload the dishwasher! We've been in our home for 14 years, so we need to replace our dishwasher, but when it was working I loved to do both!!!
I don't have a dishwasher at this time & I prefer not having one. I love washing the dishes, hate drying.
Since there are only 2 of us & I do dishes immediately, no matter if there's even 2 plates & 2 glasses & some flatware. I usually let my dishes drip dry for a while.
Love fresh flowers but our flowers seem to be very expensive in grocery store.

With the chairs: I painted mine white and I have a welder hubby, a cat and a 4 year old girl who is just as messy as a boy lol. Painting is easier than staining... you can just rough up the wood with painting before you paint, but with a re-stain you have to sand those suckers down to perfection to restain nicely. Paint them, and if you dont love it just sand them down and put the effort into staining!!
Not sure if I’ve ever commented before or not. I may have, I’m usually just shy and don’t say anything, but for some reason I felt compelled to comment on this video. One, I absolutely love watching your videos, your so inspiring and sweet! I also love your home, it’s my dream home! Two, I’ve been going through the same with my kitchen chairs. My table and chairs are the same set my Grandma had, she left them to me in her will because I always told her I had my best times with her at her kitchen table. The set was built in 1992, so it needs redone like no ones business lol! I did redo them once and want to do so again, but I still have a very hyperactive six year old, and even my teens (16 year old boy, 18 year old girl) are still tough on them. So I think, personally, I’m just going to get seat covers for now, at least till my youngest is a lot older and has calmed down quite a bit. Don’t know if that helps you, but I honestly just can’t tell where my chairs were done before and I felt like I wasted my time doing them lol! Third, I hate unloading the dishwasher, but love loading it. I think the reason for me is because I Love Tetris and puzzles and getting things organized just so. I’m also a bit of a control freak when it comes to cleaning. When it comes to putting them away, everyone knows where everything goes. Fourth, I make a weekly chore chart for my three kiddos, yup, even my 18 year old is still included but they all get special gifts and prizes for helping out, with one major prize for the one who gets the most points. They love to compete and are always shockingly jovial about it, so I never worry about fussing. Btw, thank you so much for the glass cleaner hack on the couch. Mine is the old fashioned fabric and I was worried it wouldn’t work since you said yours is microfiber but I thought, “Oh Heck, it can’t look any worse!” It doesn’t, it looks so much better!!! So thanks a million for that!! That hack also works for jeans, my daughter was getting ready for a date and went to put on her jeans and realized she still had a bit of a dirt stain from playing with her little brother at the park. I told her to try the mirror cleaner (we use the same brand btw, only my scent is different, I love Method!) and she let it sit for a few minutes and then scrubbed with a damp cloth. We laid it out in front of the fan for a bit to dry and viola! They looked amazing! I’ve also started putting a few drops of essential oil in my sink and I got so many remarks from my husband and kids about why. Then they’d go to the sink later and it would smell so good. They’ve told friends about it too! I told them to credit you tho, it’s a great tip!! Do you watch anyone else’s cleaning videos? There’s one lady I think you’d like, she has come up with a phrase I love and think you would too because you’ve said something like it before. While she vacuums she says, “Vacuum lines on fleek!” It makes me think of you and your on fleek vacuum lines too lol! Her name is Katie Sottile, she’s really funny and very nice.
My husband and I are always in awe of the beauty there in Utah that you’ve shown in your videos. I’ve never been but want to go one day. We love to travel. Hubby said he’s been there and it’s just so beautiful! He got to go to Salt Lake City for a school trip once, he said the mountains are breathtaking! I hate moving, but love to travel, tho I hate packing. While you were packing in your last video I was having a panic attack for you lol!! I literally will make a list a week in advance of all I need to take and add to said list if need be and then check it off as I pack it. I make a second copy to pack in the suitcase so that I don’t forget anything wherever it is we’re going lol! Wow, so I think I wrote you a short story, so much for me being shy but I think everything I wanted to say got pent up and just flew out of my thumb tips lol!! Have a great visit with your family! paint the chairs! lol Microfiber couches....I always used a bowl of dish or laundry detergent mixed with warm water and a sponge/brush and the stains usually came right up. Never thought to try glass cleaner.

Hello I think painting the bar chairs white would be pretty and even adding pillows would give it a nice look
For your oven racks, and even the grates on top of your stove- wait for a sunny day and put them in a garbage bag with maybe a cup of ammonia and twist the end tightly closed. Set them outside in the sun on your sidewalk for a few hours and I swear all that baked on gunk comes right off! You don’t have to have them submerged- I think the fumes are what really does the trick. It’s super stinky and you don’t want to breathe any of the fumes but it works great for a single time to really deep clean them.

This might have already been covered in a previous video, but I would love to see how you store your kids outdoor toys/gear (garage?) as well as art supplies/summer activities.
I would paint the chairs, but I would use a chalk or milk paint, no sanding required. My breakfast table was the same dark wood and i used General Finishes milk paint, its held up to heavy use very well!.... and it was my first time painting furniture. I also used General finishes top coat. The best part is not having to sand!
I would paint the chairs white, the reason is I just got new white chairs for my island and they look beautiful on my kitchen 😉 my granite looks almost like yours.

I like both cleanings and put away dishes when it is clean.
We have to do artificial since all 4 of us in the house have really bad allergies. But, it is nice to buy a few cheap bunches and switch them out through out the season. Helps with cabin fever and winter blues.
In my apartment I clean the dishes and use the dishwasher as a dry rack and sometimes run the dishwasher to sanitize the dishes even after washing them by hand. I usually clean the sinks before I wash the dishes. An then I rinse out the sinks at the end.
Summer kid activities & organization I have a son and getting new ideas to do things in the summer would be fun.
I would chalkpaint them! & add a fun cushion for a pop of color! And I loathe unloading the dishwasher!!
