Just a tip: If you ever find yourself in a situation with a psycho, some things you should NOT say to them are:
-"You won't get away with this!"
-"I'm going to call the cops on you!"
-"You're gonna go back to prison for this when it's over!"
and other similar statements. IF you can, try to remain as calm as possible. Gaslight them into thinking you're not upset about what they've done to you & that it's no big deal. Basically ANYTHING to NOT escalate the situation and make them think that you're a liability if left alive. I know this may seem like common sense to most of us, but how many times have we heard of people doing exactly the opposite and losing their lives for it? Personally, anytime I get into a weird situation with a stranger, where I'm getting vibes that they might be unstable, I do everything I can to de-escalate it & act like everything's cool, or that I'm of no danger to them physically or legally.

100%. This only goes to highlight how truly naive this poor victim was. If the priest was just a tiny bit more aware of his surroundings, and about violent meth heads in particular, he should have just stayed on the street corner where they first dropped him off. He may not have made the funeral that way but he for sure would have survived.
Could have, should have. RIP too nice guy, it's sad to me that society let you down and allowed yourself to feed yourself to literal wolves. Amazing to me that none of his "friends" stepped in to forcefully to remove him from the co-dependence situation he was caught up in. Sure, 20/20 hindsight, but still

People that want to help need to realize that when you're a junkie you will do ANYTHING for your habit. It changes you and makes you lose your humanity completely. (Speaking as a former junkie of 17 years.) The only way to get that humanity back and see clearly again is total abstinance. Anyone that doesn't want to accept this does not need to help people in this position. They will get hurt.

I like this channel, but let's be honest about what it actually is, because it's not "content". The voice is AI, the tiny bits of information about the case were compiled within a few hours surfing Google, and the video itself is just interrogation footage they had no hand in making. Filing a FOIA request is all you have to do to make this "content". RUclips should demonitize shit like this, it's exploitative. At least other TC channels do actual work researching, editing, presenting, narrating, rendering, etc.
Honestly, I'm actually surprised the cops haven't started uploading interrogations for easy RUclips money. It's scummy, but I don't see why that would stop them.

An Ohio priest was sentenced to life in prison Friday after he was convicted of grooming three boys and taking advantage of their opioid addictions to force them into commercial sex, according to the U.S. Justice Department.
In May, a federal jury in Toledo found the Rev. Michael Zacharias, a Roman Catholic clergymember, guilty of five counts of sex trafficking in allegations that spanned 15 years, from July 2005 to August 2020. Prosecutors said he abused his role as a teacher and priest at a Toledo parish school to groom the three boys into adulthood, force them into sex and enable their addictions to pain medications and heroin later in life.
“Michael Zacharias used his position as a trusted spiritual leader and role model for young boys and their families to exploit them in the most insidious ways, coercing his victims from childhood and beyond to engage in commercial sex with him,” said Kristen Clarke, the assistant attorney general of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, in a statement.

Murray is a strange one, but a real psychopath. So good at mimicking emotions, that even his sister hopes he has a "good side"! And he is intelligent, clever, and not the usual dimwit. Of course he knows he is going to prison for life, but it's all so boring for him. Everybody exists to use or be abused in his mind, it's logical. He is quite at ease with himself, knows how violent he is, he just doesn't care. No kindness touches him, no loss hurts him. Yet, he seems to like the idea of love and kindness, can say the words. He is like the automated phone waiting voice repeating "We value your call".

Psychopathic criminals are like poisonous reptiles, who change their color to match any background. This character was not human. He was a complete sociopath, who only saw other people as things that exist to benefit, enrich or amuse him. Poison reptiles will often bite the hand that feeds them and if the people who show him kindness die as a result, it makes no difference to him. He laughs at forgiveness. He is a human parasite.

This priest tried to help him, didn't judge him or hold his past against him, was kind towards him even when he knew this guy didn't deserve his kindness. The priest kept showing love through his giving with the hope he would change and become a better person and this guy could only see how it benefits himself. You can't keep being kind to a devil multiple times when he continues to show you he's not changing and has remained a devil. I wish the priest had been more firm and not allowed him to borrow his car that last time.

He deserves to be in prison, but he also deserves a bit of sympathy because his dad made his life hell growing up. It's a sad story from all angles.

Unfortunately, (if you know you know) there is an extreme mania-type high that comes from fighting. Especially if you win, but even if you lose as long as you aren’t hospitalized or something. It’s a couple of days long (at least with me) and your body feels amazing, even if it’s sore, it feels strong and vital.
I’m more in control of my emotions than most people one might find fighting so I only ever did it if there was no other option. Sometimes that control is an advantage because you can concentrate and anticipate what your opponent will do. But if you run up against a real psychopath you’re screwed. Certain people literally just become animals and can take your best and keep coming.
I guess I’m saying most people aren’t as far removed from a situation like that as they think they are. We ARE animals after all.
