I wanted to go to that show but had to go out of town. I’m betting it’s amazing
I think he is big and he sells tickets but he just doesn't have the mainstream success.
If you think about it, the biggest names right now are usually the ones that are mainstream successful.
Netflix stand up specials.
Acting in Movies and shows. Or even having their own show etc
Mark blew up on youtube especially after the cleveland interview.
And his clips have have many views.
But as Andrew Schultz said the people in the industry are old and don't care about youtube success.
They look for Netflix specials and other mainstream stuff.
So if he wants to win roles in movie or shows, or have his show green lit, he would need to have mainstream success.
I think he has recognition among masses tho, especially he's been to Joe Rogan's podcast three times, and would probably be a regular every three months or so.
Recently he also did Schultz's podcast.
His own two podcasts are also gaining traction.
