Hey brother Buckin...i have a feeling that yinz will be in thick of hangers and snags...let me remind you of a great saying that i learned from your channel and one of the reasons I'm still alive. "I am KNOT in a hurry, I'm at peace" or " I'm at peace, I'm not in a hurry" These words have kept me out of the hospital several times over the past couple years. And i thank you for instilling them into my brain. Stay strong Stay safe Be kind to your body, and your friends and family and all the little furry creatures that may cross your path. 🐾🌲👣🍀
Prayers for your friend. Cancer sucks! On a more positive note, I am loving my 562. I have a 28” bar otw. It’s still in the break in period but I can see many a tree meeting its demise at the end of that ‘62😎. Got my chaps drying out from a good workout on a big birch stump that I helped a neighbor get out of his yard. My 585 made pretty short work of getting it out. I bucked the stump up to bust for firewood with the 562 to break it in. Never more than a 5 count on full trigger rn. Yes, at 53 I count to myself 😁. Been doing it for years as welder getting a rhythm. Why not running a saw? I am speaking for myself, but I am sure many others feel the same as I do, but THANK YOU BUCKIN’ for all the wonderful information you are putting out to us. I am a better saw operator because of you. Every time I go to the store that I buy my saws from , look at me funny when I tell them about the reason I am buying something is because of your videos, but it’s the truth. If anyone knows a lot of the tricks, it’s you . If you say it’s good or this is what you do in a particular situation, then I am all in. 10 thousand thanks to you Buckin!
Hi from Algarve Portugal, love your videos, just changed for a longer bar Sugi Hara Pro on my ms462 for bucking, pruning, very happy as much less back pain. Rgds. Denis
Them sycamores are knarly! I grew up surrounded by very old growth ones on the farm! Incredibly elegant trees fast growing but awful to split for timber when dry get em when there wet with the axe or shes only a job for the hydraulic splitter!! Love the content as always! ❤
@@michaelwhiteoldtimer7648 A very good morning Michael. Great to hear from you once again. Always a pleasure. Hope we find you all well. Regards to you all, from us all over here. Take care my friend

Scotty's saw is something else - incredible low and mid range! It doesn't even seem to slow down in the slightest even when you bury the dogs and lean on it. It is truly a monster - very powerful and the power seems to be very available throughout the range.
Buckin you are the reason I bought a larger heavier saw with longer bar. I can work longer because im not bent over. You get 60 and the game changes. You old guys want to play with power saws get one with a long bar. I was skeptical at first but not anymore. Save your Lumbar 4-5 and S1 guys. BTW, love my belt! High quality, glad I supported the channel.
Prayers for your neighbor Buckin! You’re a good man!! I also purchased a 562 recently with a 28 inch bar and I love that saw so far. I do with there were options to put a pipe on it (like a bark box) without having to custom make one. But overall I love that saw so far.
Great video Billy, those saws of yours are amazing. That Nova Scottia looks lovely, the wee bit we saw out the window. Keep up the great work mate, proud to be part of the army. Cheers from HB NZ
When I help my buddy (who owns a tree service) do down-only jobs we always do this. Go through and get everything on the ground, so there isn't any chance they clip a limb and have a tree roll over on them. It takes a long time to get good at removing all the tension and compression from a downed tree, so doesn't seem fair to expect a homeowner to know how to do that. Besides, they probably only have one saw, so if it gets pinched they'll be stuck.
I bet Daryl is on top of the world with excitement. Be safe in all you do and I know the whole channel is looking forward to some great videos from Daryl’s 🙏♥️♥️
Now that's what I'm talkin about!!! Serving others with a non return heart...LOVE IT!!! this is what it's all about!!! Good advice on not leaving site loaded. I’ve seen people hit with spring poles from a tree that fell across smaller saplings that are bent over and get released during cut…

I have PERSONALY learned so much from you sir and IM teaching my boys on tree jobs on the weekends. Thank you BBRS!!! I do miss the ram horn pipe though.
Sorry to go on. But I have to say. There is a swager when running a saw. You can see a guy whos been on a saw for a LONG time in the first 5 seconds of him running it. I have let some family and friends cut on my land project and as im watching them im SUPER nervous. Ive been in many situations where im watching another guy run a saw im like This guy has NO idea what hes doing. The sound of the saw tells you EVERYTHING you need to know. I DONT need to explain this to people who run saws they just know... Never one time have I heard you have issues with the saw and its user error in 1000s of videos... That to me is Unbelievable. Im not even a tree guy im a step above home owner. And you run a saw like a masterpiece of music and power and knowledge. Impressive is an UNDERSTATEMENT. You are the OG Saw pro that actually has 2 stroke running in there soul. Thank you for the hard work I personally know what hard work is. I get home sometimes and I can hardly walk to my shower. My normal job is a cake walk vs my weekend tree work lol..

Buckin army! Who is working on a saw right now? If so, what's on your bench? I've got a Sachs Dolmar 133 on the bench, just rebuilt the bottom end :) just curious what projects people have going on 😊
I've got a 365xt on the bench, did the conversion to a 372 and when I had the jug off I noticed some vertical play. Needs a new wrist pin bearing. Also picked up a 55 at a garage sale, I can see a bit of scoring with the muffler off but it runs strong and starts real nice. Wondering whether I should try to clean it up or just keep running it?
