idk why ppl keep wanting Arisu though.. cz realistically speaking, since season 1, he hasn't really done much. and maybe begining season 2 a bit, but he's got the worst qualities you'd want as a ruthless game master or whatever. he's emotional, gets easily attached to people, needs other people to help him get out of his head. and as a human those qualities aren't bad, but as someone who's ruthless like this queen seems to b, i wouldn't peg her to be 1 to want him. maybe there's something more to it though. maybe there's something special about him. maybe having him is like having a trump card or sum.. idk... but i'd choose Cheshiya instead, cz he's calculated like Arisu, but practical and realistic that he doesn't get bogged down and weighed down. hell we saw he was cool with the other girl w dreads(forgot her name.. sorry), but he hasn't been constantly on the lookout for her, like Arisu is w Usagi. though it cud be more so bcz they "like-like" eo, but that's also just adding to his weak spots so.. idk. that's just me though. maybe i'm missing somthng.
It's exactly all the things you said. In a place where humanity is lacking, are people like Arisu that impressed other people. Humans, with flaws and pure emotions. Chishiya is great for the games, but personality speaking he is just as the same as everybody else: calculating, selfish (until the growth), ready to betraying people.
I agree I think for a lot of people the queen of spades game was their least favorite game. I heard it was not even the manga but they did this game to include the little boy story and they probably didnt want to do an entire episode of character development as you guys said.
@@zara7302 yeah they watched so many k-dramas and they almost all discussed bullying so they kinda got bored of that plot line, I understand bullying is a huge issue in Korea but as viewers i guess the topic became repetitive & boring for them
