All the passengers of Emirate Airline must claim compensation flying during 16th April to 18th. April 2024 because mishandling of passengers.
1- Rain started from 15th. April And Dubai airport authorities knows the weather conditions, airport situation and the traffic loads of passengers is coming.
2- Initially Emirate airline don't have to left up the passengers from there home countries
3- By mistake they gather up the passengers around the globe on Dubai airport they must deploy extra airport staff to Handling the passengers with sound systems to guide the passengers. Because there is no guidance and very few airport staff they are unprofessional and unhuman they don't know how to handle the passengers.
4- They must segregate the passengers according to their destination women and special passenger have separate desk.
5- Food, drinking water, Medical requirements and special needs must be supplied.
6- All the passengers baggages must be on board in the same flight which the passengers are travelling because I am coming from USA I lost 2 days in Dubai airport and more then 3 days for my baggages until now I don't get my baggages and still no information all my medicine are in my baggages.
My trip is only 15 days I lost my 7 days with Emirate Airline of their unprofessionalism of passenger handling and still I didn't get my baggages. We need compensation for their mishandling.

I was there. While Emirates has beautiful planes, they were not prepared for this. I was supposed to fly out Thursday morning. After waiting in lines for hours, I was told I could change my flight 4 days later. I ended up flying out on another airline Friday morning and was lucky that this flight wasn't cancelled.

I am coming from USA by Emirates airlines stacked in Dubai for 3 days Emirates airlines don't know how to handle the passengers there is no guidance no information no support no food and Water, to get my boarding pass it takes 3 days Emirates airlines staff is very unprofessional and untechnical. thousands of passengers they send only 3 unprofessional person they create to much problems Emirates airlines they don't provide food or water. I reach my distension without my baggages it will take 3 days more to get my baggages. My advice never use again Emirates airlines 😭 it's nightmare 😳
Absolutely, we asked for a manager to get proper information but we're denied. We were lied to so many times with different reasons every time. People can more often handle bad news but not kept on a string. We also requested rooms but weren't given answers because we were speaking to juiors. Don't know they can say hotel rooms were given out. More lies

Me stuk in Dubai 4 days my flight to uk text me 5 pm Wednesday after checkout hotel take taxi went Airport rude staff Airport terminal 1 Dubai lot of crowd all upset no accommodation get text saudi airways change 4 dys flight rude staff chasing us sleep on road not like speak with us went back hotel double price hotel pocket empty came 3 weeks ramazan umra borrowed mny freind pay hotel in uk fully insurance travel no answer flight company get touch by solicitor refund money accommodation n food if ignore Allah will give punishment they have family. Fligt n travel insurance must pay.
