Hey girl ! It's very normal to sweat around the mouth area as the skin folds there so the area gets more oily and sweaty around it so it has nothing to do with the moisturizer so don't worry 💜if you have any other problems like irritation or redness than it can be a problem otherwise use it freely
Oh I feel sorry to here that. I'll suggest to first wash your face with a cold ice water and then give it a try . Or may be you can use another gel base moisturizer 😊
