yeah a lot of that had to do with how good the goalies and pastrnak were in the regular season. if swayman and ullmark didn’t play as good as they did all season long boston would’ve been a wild card team at best

It honestly reminds me of the 19' Blues team. They weren't supposed to be good, then they get into playoffs and the goalies turns into a wall. Hopefully its the same ending but right now you can tell Swayman is just having a blast out there.
ullmark wasn't the problem game 2, that said Boston is in an extremely enviable position of having a veritable tandem tag team that can lean on one over the other. rest of team needs to not only meet the playoff moment the way both our goalies have, but keep consistent and focused, one game at a time, no resting on laurels, not period to period, nor game to game. but marking ullmark as game 2 "x factor" just bc it wasn't Swayman excuses everyone else not showing up for the guy. trust and take heart... having ullmark rested and waiting, chomping at the bit, is an undercover asset, not liability.

These dudes need to do their research. Said Florida was better but Boston beat them and played way better against them during the season series.
Levy, welp i aint doing the NFL, so im gonna just say catchphrases and dont worry about the facts. With so many errors by Levy in the past yr, and espn cuts, why is he still on. There are tons of hockey people that would love to do his job & be better at it & cost disney less.

In every playoffs its always been the goalie Youre only as good as your goalie.
One thing people are not mentioning is how bad boston is on the faceoff. I'm a vruins fan but they can't be this bad at faceoffs and win deeper in the playoffs.
