What a great documentry. I had no idea there was stuff like that on Macau. I thought it was all casinos, which is why I never had any interest in visiting. I'm glad there was a documentary on Macau that didn't talk about the stupid casinos. I have to visit some day now. But he was wrong about the status. It's NOT part of China, but it's not a Portuguese colony anymore either. It's an autonomous region. Americans can travel there without visa.
Because this Travel Guide is about 12 year old, ( only published 2013 on youtube) i know because i lived there the last 10 years, Macau is allready very diffrent again
For the last 40 years or so Macau's main business has been gambling, but this film somehow manages to ignore that fact - and the monstrous new hotel casinos built in recent years!
The narrator is ridiculously old school, stuffy, elite and distant from the content shown. Horrible choice. Program needs natural sound effects from locations. Looks like the style and format of programs done 60 years ago.
Fantastic video!! I'm portuguese but we really dont learn much about Macau... These 25 minutes flew by :)
