    Great to see you back. Your videos reminded me to keep facing fears, turn this into a daily habit, I was procrastinating this.
    I just asked someone out, got rejected. It's been a while since I was rejected. It hurts. But tomorrow I'll try it again with other people.
    I'm not a big fan of meditation. Breathing exercises are useful when facing fears, but that's it. Don't beat yourself up too hard man, you're not flawed for not "being able to let go", maybe meditation itself is the flawed one.

      This comment alone makes it all worth it! Love to hear you getting back intonthe fear facing habit! I think the whole world-situation we are in has made us excuse ourself to get comfortable, at least I know that’s true for me. It’s like getting diagnosed with something, sure you may need to adapet and perhaps reorient what you put tour energy on! But it’s easy to get caught in that excuse eay too long. Keep menposted with your updates!
      And when it comes to the meditation - I know it’s not for everyone, and I use more breathing and meditation excercises than I do meditations, but it really has grown on me! I know not letting go of thoughts is okay, but just practcing that is what’s it all about for me. Helps me calm down and get some distance and perspective on what Im virrently focused on.

    During your meditation practice, what techniques do you do to really maintain 'focus.' Im always curious in learning new techniques :)

      Hey :)!
      Well, It varies, I try to focus on my breathing, also I come to a cave loking place within where my sense of being just levitates like s cloud in the middle of it. But when I realize I have been hi-jacked by random thoughts, I silently to myself repeate ”release, release, relase”!

For me I find that just being an observer, not reacting to my thoughts, but kinda letting them pass by as if I was sitting in a movie theater looking at a screen. For me this helps me in not suppressing my thought and just letting it fade away into the ether. Appreciate you brother!
