This camera if they rearange some things, AF same as it is amazing for stream, 150 field of view, optical zoom out or leave at some lvl, 4K 60fps recording and HDMI out, incorporate some lvl of EIS, they would take the whole market.
I think you are correct. For what I normally do it works well but all the things you mentioned wouldn't hurt my feelings at all. 😃
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
Nice review David! It seems like a decent unit!👍😊
Thanks! I'm thinking about buying another one.

I'm impressed with the AF on this one, there was no noticeable focus hunting which is usually what destroys video recorded with webcams. The screen tearing (squiggly lines) may be due to a mismatch of the frame rates during recording.
I agree. That's what the lines were. I was using it on a capture card for my 4k camera and was too lazy to change the settings.
When I noticed it in the edit I grabbed another capture card and matched the frame rate and all the lines were gone.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
Unique shape ! Looks nice
It's kinda beefy. Needs a good mount to hold it up.
Have a great day and be safe out there!
lol you looked fine up close ! Great focus recovery
Thank you!! I'm pretty happy with the speed on the focus.
Thanks for this video (and the other Mokose reviews). I kept skipping past these on Amazon, and came upon your videos (and some other reviewers). The quality looks great - but the fact that you take the time to tweak settings and show the possibilities is awesome. A few of the other reviewers, just seemed to have plugged the cameras in, without digging through the menus and getting the best image quality. I Look forward to more reviews!
Thanks for the feedback. I really like these cameras and this one I think I'm gonna buy a second one and use one as an overhead and one as a front view.
I'm trying to get set up for my other channels so I can get my videos knocked out a little quicker since I don't have much time off for my day job.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
I liked your video so much I posted a link in my description on my RUclips channel. I did a downward shot with it.
Thanks! I think it will make a good overhead camera. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
Awesome big like 15
nice video
Thank you and thanks for stopping by. Have a great night and be safe out there!
Great info! Thanks for sharing
Thanks and thanks for stopping by.
I just received the UC90A this evening and I'm currently setting it up. One problem I'm having is setting the rotation in OBS Studio. I can't figure out how to rotate it so where I have the camera positioned, it shows my tabletop in the right configuration. The video quality is OUTSTANDING!
You can also rotate and mirror the camera in the camera itself in settings if that helps.
I'm really enjoying this camera.
@@onlymyopiniontech Thanks for the quick reply! I finally found those settings before I saw your reply. I have it all set up perfectly in OBS Studio now! WOOHOO! Yes, this camera is awesome! I only wish I could turn off the overlay. Anytime I zoom the X* will appear on screen.
@@cueball981 I don't recall the X being in my recorded video. I'm 550 miles from home but I'll take a look when I get back.
I made it home.
Open the menu, go to focus and turn RATIO DIS to OFF.
@onlymyopiniontech glad you made it home safe and sound! Thank you so much!
Can you do a low light test with this?
Sorry for the slow response, I see a notification.
I'll give low light a try and see what it does. Thanks for the suggestion.
No problem, looking forward to your test. Of course when you’re not working 100 hours!
I'll still be working 100 hours through fall of 2025. 😃
Quick question, how low light are you interested in? Just room lights or in the dark?
@@onlymyopiniontech night concert lighting, someone illuminated by a street light, candle lit dinner…. So I suppose on the edge of darkness
@@livebythebay ok, I'll see what I can do. 👍
Really did a great job! In the name of science, LOL. The focus was awesome and you were able to clear those squiggly lines. Thanks for another awesome share!
Thanks! The lines were laziness on my part. I was going to put my other camera back and I didn't want to dig through the settings in OBS. LOL
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
When i finished to view this very good review video i decided to by this camera. One week later arrived the package, I open it and see the power adapter is not right for me because it is an american plug version. :-I
Don't worry... i have a adapter...
Power it... and connect to my laptop via USB-C port... and i see on screen he has a very well picture... fine.
And i maked few test... zoom in-out, pan left-right... i focused back and forth.. it is really good...
But my happyness was end when i connected via HDMI to the Dasview R6 UHB monitor and changed the framespeed at 25 and 50.
Lagging, fragmented and ghost movements... the low lighted parts are crapy, full of block.
This camera can produce only 30 fps regardless of what do you set in the menu.
This is for me very disappointment.
Yes i know this is a cheap camera, but with this MX355 sensor could know more.
@@pakozdiattila thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure why you would have those problems. Did you check the firmware version? There was a fairly recent update.
I am able to choose and use any frame rate on mine through the HDMI using OBS.
